About: As a man with a strong love and passion for dogs, I have taken a lot of time to grow my understanding and experience working with these beautiful creatures many call our best friends! My experiences are: -Working at suburban animal hospital - years working at doggy daycare/ training facility’s - studied at animal behavior college for canine obedience training -dabbles in canine fitness - dabbles in canine holistic health and nutrition. About: I grew up with a great dane, and then my family adopted 3 dogs of different sizes after that. I’ve been surrounded by, and taken care of dogs my entire life growing up in Rochester. I have worked for local dog daycare and boarding facilities as well. My location provides a good place to socialize with other dogs as well if needed, just minutes from several parks and open land. A fIexible schedule allows me to work with people to meet their specific needs, and take the necessary time to be thorough. I enjoy the process of working with dogs and understanding their personality. I use positive reinforcement techniques to reward behavior and maximize dog comfort. I currently work afternoons, and am a night owl. I spend my mornings drinking coffee or walking dogs, and evenings helping friends with pet care who work late nights in health care, law enforcement, etc. While I cannot board dogs overnight in my apartment building, I have experience boarding within owners homes. I know the stress of finding a private care provider, and offer meet and greet beforehand to make sure pet parents feel at ease. I also provide normal drop in walking/care while owner is away.

I booked at the last minute for a 5 day trip. Connecting was easy and the communication was excellent throughout my experience. I appreciated the relay number allowing us to text securely. Christine was excellent in every way. It had snowed the night before and her driveway and sidewalk were completely cleared. I never worried that dogs were well cared while we were gone.
