About: I grew up with a great dane, and then my family adopted 3 dogs of different sizes after that. I’ve been surrounded by, and taken care of dogs my entire life growing up in Rochester. I have worked for local dog daycare and boarding facilities as well. My location provides a good place to socialize with other dogs as well if needed, just minutes from several parks and open land. A fIexible schedule allows me to work with people to meet their specific needs, and take the necessary time to be thorough. I enjoy the process of working with dogs and understanding their personality. I use positive reinforcement techniques to reward behavior and maximize dog comfort. I currently work afternoons, and am a night owl. I spend my mornings drinking coffee or walking dogs, and evenings helping friends with pet care who work late nights in health care, law enforcement, etc. While I cannot board dogs overnight in my apartment building, I have experience boarding within owners homes. I know the stress of finding a private care provider, and offer meet and greet beforehand to make sure pet parents feel at ease. I also provide normal drop in walking/care while owner is away.

About: Hi everyone! My name is Reese and I am a junior nursing major at St. John Fisher University! I am available for all dog/cat/etc. pet needs throughout the school year (September 7th - December 16th and January 11th - May 1st) minus a few random days/weeks for school breaks. I have been pet sitting for multiple years now including walks, overnights, and drop-in visits! I am comfortable caring for multiple animals at once so please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I would love to spend some time with your pets while away from mine back home! I currently have classes pretty heavy Mondays and Wednesdays with breaks throughout the day to stop by! Tuesdays, I am done by noon. Thursdays are my clinical days so that would be the one day with a long stretch away from the home and then Friday-Sunday, I am completely free! I have had no issues so far with my schedule conflicting with pet care and is always a top priority! As I am a college student still living on campus, comfortability with me staying at your home would be a must (for overnights)! I also believe it keeps the dogs/cats/etc. calmer while their parents are away as they are still in their natural “environment” and only one of their daily norms is changing….ME!!
About: Im used to being around different dogs my whole life I’ve had my own dog for three years. I’ve also taken care of dogs for my friends and family. Since Paige we also adopted a Chi-weenie and a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. I pride myself on being dependable, responsive, and proactive. I primarily work in the office during the week, but I do have the option to work from home — so if your pup needs a little extra time and attention, I can absolutely make that happen! I’ll never let a dog go more than 6–8 hours without care, but if your pup is used to more frequent potty breaks, I’ll make that a priority. I’m also primarily home on the weekends (I actually prefer to have no weekend plans!), which means I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your bestie all day. 🐾 I’m pretty flexible and happy to adjust my schedule to fit your dog’s routine. Just communicate your expectations, and I’m confident we can work out a plan that keeps your pup happy, comfortable, and cared for. I live in a spacious 1,500 sq ft apartment — plenty of room for your pup to explore, play, and relax! While I don’t have a fenced yard, I make sure every dog gets plenty of outdoor time with frequent walks and potty breaks throughout the day. I don’t currently have any dogs of my own so your pup will have my full attention and the space all to themselves. However, if your dog enjoys the company of other pups, I’d be happy to introduce them to my mom’s 12lb rat terrier/chihuahua/dachshund mix — he’s a friendly little social butterfly who loves making new friends! I don’t currently own a crate, but I’m more than happy to get one if that helps your dog feel more comfortable. I have an abundance of toys for playtime and a ginormous couch perfect for snuggles, naps, and quality cuddle time with my furry guests. Excellent hosts! Even before I finished dropping off my 20lb Cavalier mix Lindsy was already figuring out what terms he listens to and how he likes to play.
