About: Growing up, I had 4 dogs and a cat, seperated between households. More recently, I've been much more cat oriented since my partner is a lover of cats. I try to stay up to date on training research, and I'm big on communication! Your pet is your family member, and I want to know how to treat them best! “I left my cat, Goose, for the weekend and Tatiana came to do drop in visits. I probably had the best experience I've ever had on Rover with her looking after Goose. Tatiana came exactly at the time I asked her to every single day and spent ample time with Goose. She provided me with such detailed notes after each visit....I tend to get pretty nervous leaving my cat but her detailed notes were AMAZING and let me know everything I could have wanted to, from his litter box habits, to what he wanted to play with, etc. She also provided tons of pictures of Goose playing and hanging out. About: I have always had a dog or puppy roaming around my house ever since I was little! I genuinely love all animals and have experience with all breeds of dogs. I have the summer off from teaching and wanted to pick up this part time for enjoyment! I miss living at my moms with my pup in Syracuse. About: I've raised two energetic puppies through adolescence and frequently provide dog-sitting services for friends in the area. I also have experience working as an enrichment specialist at a well-known doggy daycare in Rochester and volunteering as a foster for local rescues. I am experienced with anxious dogs and can adapt to your fur-baby's specific needs. I'm trained in basic human and canine CPR, and I'm skilled at recognizing early signs of reactive behavior in animals. While I'm not perfect, I'm highly attentive. Since I’m home most of the time, I’ll ensure your pet stays healthy, happy, and safe! We are an adventure duo -- you can catch us at the beach playing fetch in the water, hiking, or just taking long strolls along the canal! On days where the weather is rainy, we still get 3 walks a day (morning, noon, evening) with thorough wipe downs after! Meal times are interwoven with short training sessions. I have dedicated several rooms in my house to doggy activity areas -- agility equipment, floor mats, etc (see photos). Grooming is done very regularly. My pup has environmental allergies so we also do a water rinse daily when we return from our adventures. When your baby stays with me, they will receive the same treatment (if they are comfortable getting brushed). He is my entire life and I couldn’t be happier! I have included photos of my home (and the excessive amount of dog toys we own) in my profile. Several of the rooms in my house are dedicated to doggy activities/enrichment and I also have a fenced in yard. I have also made sure that my set up allows me to separate dogs from each other if they ever get over stimulated -- I have enough rooms where each dog can be in their own room. I also have a doggy door so most days when the weather is not atrocious the dogs can relieve themselves/play as they please. Also my sun room is dedicated to dog care so if need be I can gate off/separate pooches that get too worked up (or just need privacy eating). I do have two crates — one for super small dogs and the other for dogs up to 35 lbs. My dog is crate trained but prefers free range so I have dog beds in every single room. Dogs are welcome on furniture but please make sure they have been recently bathed (within a few days before) if you are boarding as we keep our home extremely clean (the carpets get washed every month and vacuum and swiffering are done daily). We are probably not a good fit if your dog does not get along with other dogs, because my dog is still young and very energetic. If your dog does not like to play but does not react aggressively to other dogs attempting to initiate play, Momo would be fine as he does eventually give up if the other dog does not engage him at all. When we schedule a meet and greet, you can expect to meet us outside the front yard for a couple block long walk together before going to the backyard to let the pooches sniff each other out. Since Momo is a chow-mix, he is protective by nature and does not like it if other fur-babies he does not know well try to jump on his mom so I will likely only greet your baby after I put him back in the house.

About: I have yet to find a dog that I have not interacted well with. I have always had a very good connection with dogs as they have with me. I’m very active and have no issue taking the dogs out for runs walks hikes you name it. I have plenty of time to give them love and attention as most of my time is spent either outside where they can join me for a game of catch or in my home where I can give them some quality belly scratches. I have no problem cleaning dogs, daysitting, anything, watching your dog is my pleasure and a treat for myself and the dog. I’m currently a student so I make my own schedule and I can easily fit a dog into my schedule. I wake up everyday at 5 so I have no problem making sure your family member has food and water and has been let out. I would never leave the dog for any longer than an hour at a time and in most scenarios I will be spending my whole day with them. About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. I have had rescue cats most of my life and recently have taken care of my daughter's dog when out of town I am retired now and have available time. I go to the gym in the mornings and early evenings. My days are pretty wide open and flexible. I would love to be able to take your dog outside and go for walks. I want them to feel safe and comfortable around me. If I am sitting at your home, then I want to make sure they are in their normal routine and doing the things they enjoy and need on a daily basis.
About: Me: I’ve loved and taken care of pets since I was very young! We always had several pets in the home growing up including cats, pregnant cats, kittens, dogs of all sizes, birds (parakeets and a parrot), fish, gerbils and even mice. I’m a recently retired massage therapist and yoga teacher and will offer an approach of ease, relaxation and joy to your pets - that is my style! I’m very punctual, organized and reliable as I’ve run my own holistic health care small business for over 20 years. Current: More recently I’ve raised several cats from kitten-hood through end of life and adopted a young feral cat that was able to become domesticated. My husband and I help the community/feral cats in our neighborhood every day with food and outdoor shelter. Cat Care Experience: We had three senior cats that all lived to be about 18 years old, so have lots of experience with senior pets that have chronic and acute health conditions. This includes: feline respiratory disease, kidney disease, late in life/late stage FIV, thyroid disease, UTIs, dehydration, and pain management. Our cat Luna needed saline infusions for kidney disease frequently at home so I’m very comfortable giving cats intramuscular fluids via a bag/giving set. I’m also very well practiced in administering cats medications both oral and topical, cat inhalers and grooming cats (basic grooming). If there is another health condition your cat has please contact me and we can discuss their needs, I’m not squeamish and with a strong background in health I can learn quickly about your pets conditions - if you need help with medical pet care even while you are home I can assist with that - sometimes it takes two people to treat the cats we love so much! Small Dog Care Experience: I’ve been helping my family and friends out with their dogs forever, including day visits and long term pet sitting for dogs of all ages and puppies. Currently I can only help with puppies and small dogs 15 pounds and under. Due to some arthritis I’m unable to walk the dogs that are larger than 15 pounds, but would love to help with puppies and small breeds! This includes walks, home visits and medication administration. Other small pets: I can also do visits for basic bird care, fish/aquarium and small mammal care. Medical Transport/Vet Visits: I’m happy to discuss pet transportation to their local vets and groomers as needed. Contact me for review of your pet’s transport needs! I’m recently retired so am very flexible after 12pm most days. I can do weekends with some lead time, and later evenings if needed. Contact me to discuss availability. I care very deeply about our furry friends and will treat them with the same love, care and understanding I would give my own pets. One of my favorite quotes about pet care is “you can’t get mad at a dog for being a dog”. In our home the cats ruled and even have a catio for safe outdoor time. I hope to share a sense of love and joy with all fur babies I meet! I’m also very respectful and tidy and will take care of your home as well as your pets!
About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was eight years old. Growing up with a pitbull as my childhood dog. Two pitbulls in the house after our first one passed. I take them on walks. Have been to training sessions with them. Confident taking care of dogs and just adopted my own in January. I am currently a D1 student athlete. My classes this semester are pretty light. I have no classes M, W, or F so am most free those 3 days. I would love to fit pet care daily into times that work. Some things I've done for my dogs: I have a fenced in backyard, throw toys around the yard for them. Both of my dogs have harnesses and prong collars for walks. They are fed twice a day. Their paws are washed off when its muddy outside.

About: I grew up with a dog, I love ALL types of animals all shapes and sizes. During my time in the navy I was using rover as a way to be around other peoples pets and help out. Now that I finally have a house I have my rescue dog and we’re happy together. He’s looking for some weekend friends ! I work mon-Thur about 9 hour days I am off every other Friday and weekends. My pet gets let out in the morning and at least twice in the evening I make sure he poops 2x a day. I have a fenced in yard and 2 spot lights if the dogs are being let out at night. I live in a neighborhood not near a main road.
About: I enjoyed taking care of other pets, I can’t have my own pet as I travel once a month I take care of my daughters 4 cats and 2 dogs often, and my friends 2 deaf dogs quite often I work at RIT, prefer to take care of pets near RIT , off Bailey Rd/Lehigh/East River area All my life, I always have dog and/or cat until 4 years ago. I miss having dog and cat. Taking care of other people s dog and/or cat gives me that joy! I have took care of various kind of dogs pit bull, lab, jack Russell , beagles, etc I am a very flexible person, cancellations will not be a problem & I am also a very reliable person. 😊 I take them for walk in the morning, afternoon, and after dinner. I also take them to backyard, to let them run! I do play with them. I like to make them feel at home while they are here I have no pets, have full fence! About: I have had a lot of experience with dogs throughout my life. I have always had dogs so I know how to take care of them and I have also helped my family members take care of young puppies. I have had experience with many different types of dogs as well and I feel comfortable with new dogs. I am currently a full time student who's classes are all online so I am available at many different times. I am looking to have a flexible schedule as I still do have school work to manage. I am looking to be a dog walker. I have a large yard and I am very close by to dog parks and parks with a lot of space. About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I looked after neighborhood dogs when the family would be out of town. I walk them, feed them, play with them, and have had dogs stay with me at my home. I take care of my own dog and we are very active. Being active is part of my dog’s breed and is something I could provide for animals that are at home while owners are at work or out of town. I live in a townhome with one dog that will keep your pet busy! Sage loves to play, run, and swim. As far as going to other homes I have stayed in the home for a couple hours playing with the animals. Either one works for me. When we do have another dog stay with us, we constantly stay active and also have time for rest. Dog parks, hikes, walking on the beach, are some examples of activities that I have done with other dogs.

About: I work at an animal shelter and have been handling animals from mice to Great Danes for the past 3 years. I have an in depth understanding of both cat and dog body language, and regularly work with animals that have handling sensitivity, resource guarding, behavioral troubles and health concerns. I help out in our in-shelter Vet Clinic, distributing both pill & liquid oral medications, vaccines/SubQ fluids, and administering topical treatments for skin, eye, and ear ailments. I am Fear-Free certified, which is a training that focuses on positive reinforcement to help eliminate fear and stress in pets. I regularly dog sit for neighbors and friends, cat sit for my sister, and have cared for dogs and small animals in my personal life, including guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, birds and lizards. At our shelter, for both dogs and cats- I feed them, clean their kennels, monitor behavior and health concerns, help with training, and administer medications. For dogs specifically, I take them for outside for walks/play pen time & their regular potty breaks, and oversee dog to dog interactions/play dates. About: I grew up on farms in the south, so I've been around animals my whole life. I moved to Rochester specifically because of how dog friendly it is. I think dogs deserve to be treated like family because they are our family! I work from home taking care of pets is my main job. If i could fill every hour of the week with animals, I would! I give every dog the time and attention they deserve. I have a fenced in back yard and a friendly dog of my own to keep yours company.
