“Claire is a fantastic house sitter and walker! She is communicative and sends all the photos of your furbabies to make you miss them less while being gone. She took care of the house and made sure everything was in order for us to return. Will happily have Claire come watch our boys again.”

“Raquel is a dream! She is kind, generous, and prompt; our pup loved her. I highly recommend calling on Raquel, especially when you have pets with separation anxiety. Thanks for caring for our boy!”

“Regina did a great job taking care of our elder dog and two kittens. It was a huge relief to know that they were all being cared for and loved on while we were away from home. I got pics and updates every day and came home to three very contented and relaxed pets. It was clear they had all been very comfortable with Regina. She left my place perfectly neat, and was easy to communicate with throughout. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely be hiring her again whenever we have need and she is available.”

“Nelson seemed to have a great time with Nicole! She was prompt, responsive, and left the house in great shape. So happy to have connected with her and looking forward to booking her in the future!”

“Viv took great care of Memo and sent frequent updates. I think Memo was a bit more nervous than usual because we had just been out of town the week before, but Viv took the time to gain Memo's trust with treats and playtime. Our place was also super clean when we got back from our week away, it was so welcome to come back to a clean home. Thank you so much Viv!”

“Christopher took great care of our dog Noodle, who immediately loved him! He is a great communicator, flexible, and responsible. Would recommend to anyone to feel secure about who your pet is with.”

“Allie is the best! She attuned to our dog very quickly and from there they developed a wonderful relationship. Our dog loves and trusts her. Great communication, frequent updates, and very reliable. We will be repeat clients for sure!”

“Leslie was great. She was a good communicator before the sit and my dog loved her. She stayed after I got home to let me know how my dog was. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Megan was a lovely dog sitter for my little bean. I needed someone to stay at my place for the evening. She left the house clean and tidy. My doggo was taken on two walks and all my feeding instructions were followed. She arrived on time and was willing to stay a couple of extra minutes due to traffic as I was arriving home. I trust her and would happily book with Megan again!”

“Rongrong house sat for us while we were on a long trip and took great care of our cat Buster and our home! Everything was in immaculate condition and Buster was very happy and playful when we got back! Rongrong also went above and beyond to help with laundry and taking out the trash. I would highly recommend Rongrong!”

“Clive was extremely affectionate with Felix and also very willing to follow the instructions I left with him. I was especially impressed by Clive’s willingness to conduct two meet and greets ahead of the actual sit, giving both of us time to be thorough in asking questions and setting expectations. Clive is a dog love through and through, and I recommend him as a sitter for your pooch!”

About: Hello! I believe, as many others do, that the therapeutic importance of animals in our lives is immeasurable. I was raised with family dogs as a child, and my appreciation for what they do for us has only increased. I have dog sat for friends who appreciate my cleanliness, reliability, and enthusiasm for pets. I seek to provide an experience that is professional AND fun for all involved. Thanks for your consideration! -Matt I am currently a student who is off for summer break so as it stands, I have ample time on weekdays and weekends to care for your pet! I am fastidious about following pet owner instructions regarding the care for their animal and use of their home. I am organized, clean, and respectful of pet owners’ personal space.

About: Hi there, my name is Julia and I am very excited about the opportunity to hang with your dog(s)! I currently have 2 cats but am so excited to have my own dog one day. I am usually the first call when my friends need a dog sitter and frequently watch a husky-pit bull mix named Pogo in Marin when her owner is out of town. I also used to watch my friend’s terrier named Luna when she was a puppy when she needed to get her energy out. I love taking long dog walks around the city and giving them lots of love, treats, and attention. Seeing a dog is always the best part of my day and I am so excited to meet yours! I currently work part time but my schedule is highly flexible so I should be able to accommodate your pet’s regular schedule. I will make sure they are my first priority. When staying in your home to care for your pets, I will make sure to treat your space with the utmost respect. I will make sure to follow all set rules to ensure the safety of your pets and preservation of your home. I am also happy to water plants if needed!

“Shadron was great with our girls, especially with our very shy terrier Louise. He walked the girls as promised, communicated well and took pictures while hanging out with our pups. He took extra care by tidying up our place and leaving it nicer than when he arrived! He’s a very kind person, listens well and is very respectful of our pups and home. Highly highly recommend!”

“Linda has watched my dog and cat for me a few times. She always sends lots of pics and updates. This time my poor cat wasn’t feeling well and she took such great care of her - doing some research and trying different things to make her feel better. I’m grateful for her care. Thank you Linda 🙏”

He covered all the basics (food, walks, judiciously-administered treats, updates) and more, becoming one of Steve's favorite people. Excelsior pet parents share their Rover experiences
Claire watched Winnie for me while I was away in Japan for 9 days, and she was absolutely wonderful! She eased all of my anxiety with daily photo and video updates, and it was clear that Winnie was in the best hands. It took no time for her to warm up to Claire so I’m glad I found someone I can trust. I truly can’t rave about Claire enough.

Rongrong took excellent care of our two cats and new puppy while we were out of town for a wedding! It was our first time away from the pup, so I was a little anxious about the whole thing, but Rongrong sent detailed updates and lots of videos and pictures of all three animals and it was very clear the whole gang was thriving. We'll definitely be seeking her out again for our future travels :)

Joe helped us out last minute with dog sitting for our new puppy, Rufus who was basically limited to the kitchen since we had just gotten him a few weeks earlier and was still working on potty training. Joe has a calm demeanor, diligently took notes on everything we told him and was flexible. He didn’t mind basically sitting with Rufus in the kitchen for the hours we were gone and also sent us regular pictures and updates. We would definitely use him again!

Absolutely amazing experience! This was the first time in a long while that I’ve had someone watch Winston where I felt totally at ease the entire time. I didn’t have to worry at all, which is such a huge relief. She was super communicative, sent plenty of photos and updates, and clearly gave Winston a ton of love and attention. He looked so happy in every picture—and when he saw her again after the stay, he was so excited, which says everything. It’s clear he had a great time and felt comfortable and cared for. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Savannah is kind, caring, and flexible, simply the best! We are grateful that she accommodated our two cats for about two weeks. She sent us reports and pictures from time to time, and it was perfect timing, too! We recommend her and also want to come back to her.
