About: Hi, I’m Esteysi! I’m a bioengineer working in cancer medicine, where I have the privilege of contributing to treatments and innovations that help improve patients’ lives. Science and healthcare are a big part of who I am, and I’m passionate about making a difference through my work. At home, life is busy, fun, and full of love. I live with my wonderful wife, our two amazing sons, our playful pup Jack, and our cat Meeko, who definitely keeps things interesting! About: I've worked with animals of all sizes since I was 12 years old. From volunteering on farms and ranches, to caring for small exotic animals and dogs of my own, I love animals of all sorts and enjoy just spending time with them whenever I can. I've spent the better part of my life involved with animals, I've pet sit for a number of families and have even worked on rehabilitating abandoned horses. I am very comfortable working with dogs that have disabilities as well as I have watched dogs that have diabetes, seizures, paralysis, and age related issues and despite the disabilities we still make the stay an enjoyable one. With me, dogs will get plenty of love, play time, and as many walks as they'd like! I currently hold a full time remote job so my flexibility is great for pet sitting! I can do morning, afternoon and/or evening walks, I can accept pet care in my home or travel. I have many options for accommodation. I reside in a safe private community townhome with plenty of walking paths and a fenced in yard. I do prefer to host at my home as it makes remote work easier due to my inability to transport my monitors but am open to house sitting upon request.

About: Pet owner, pet lover! I have been sitting for friends and family since I was a teen. I also grew up around large dogs. I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. I’ve also had a few cats in the past and currently have 2! They are both tolerant of dogs and if they are uncomfortable, they will typically leave the room. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. I look forward to meeting you both! My schedule is determined by the pets in my care and their schedules. I am currently freelance with WFH tasks and gig work and schedule my other jobs around my pet care calendar. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of open space to walk. With me, your pup will have 24/7 one-on-one attention. They are allowed on the furniture and will always be supervised. I also have room to set up a crate if they are crate-trained but most of the time they will play and hangout where I am. I have 2 cats that do well with dogs. The cat food is raised off the floor and litter boxes are located in the main living space and are scooped immediately.

I love how every dog has their own personality, whether they’re completely crazy and full of energy, a giant baby who thinks they belong in your lap, or the shy one who just needs a little extra patience and love. In-Client Home Pet Care: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions to the letter. This includes maintaining feeding routines, administering medications, daily walks or exercise, and offering companionship throughout the day. I also handle basic household tasks like bringing in the mail, watering plants, or rotating lights if needed, so the home looks lived in and secure.
