“Asia was so sweet and professional. When we first arrived Asia and her fur baby Crypto welcome us. Asia made my lil boy (Biskit) feel so at home. I asked Asia to send me text, pictures, and videos, and she did just that. That really made my heart fill of joy to see pictures and videos of my lil boy(Biskit) and to know that he was well taken care of. We thank you so much Asia from the bottom of our hearts 💕 Sylvia and Antwon Dudley.”

“Paula is the absolute best! My 2 boys loved her backyard and barely recognized me when I came to get them. Exactly what I was looking for & so helpful. Sent me pics & always responded super fast. 5 stars all around!”

“Nikki is AMAZING and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Rover sitter! She goes above and beyond to make sure your fur children are safe, happy, and entertained while in her care. Quigley loves going to boarding or daycare with Nikki and her fur babies! Plus Quigley always comes back to me tired from all of the play and fun he has had! Can’t wait for our next stay with Nikki”

“Ursula was AMAZING!!! I needed help at the last minute for a full 19 days! Ursula took in my puppy and treated her like family. I received photos and updates everyday. Ursula is kind, professional, flexible and a true animal lover. 5 solid stars:)”

“Melinda was great with Sonny. She listened to me as I explained my dog's needs since he is an older dog. Despite not having a fence she explained how she keeps the dogs under her care safe. I would rebook with Melinda again.”
“Cyndy and her family were wonderful hosts for our dog, Mando! They made time to do a meet and greet and asked lots of great questions. She was so great at sending updates and I could tell they were taking very good care of Mando. Will definitely use them again!”

“Amazing cat sitter! Qiyun/Kiki was so accommodating when we had to book our cat Lucy on very short notice. She took great care of her, sending regular pictures and updates on how she was doing. I would rate her 100 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely have your kitty stay here!”

“Christina was super great. She took great care of Fonzy and Yuri and even helped to do some very basic grooming on Fonzy. He did have a bit of an accident overnight and she was able to handle it and was completely understanding of his nervousness of being somewhere new. If you are hesitant on leaving your dogs someplace I understand. However you can rest easy with Christina. She loves dogs and does a great job with them.”
“Adrianne was awesome! She watched our pit bull who can be temperamental. We left the meet and greet feeling confident in Adrianne. She answered all our questions and even gave us tips for our pup. She kept me updated on how LuLu was doing and sent a few pics! My husband and I would definitely recommend her and use her again! ❤️? Thanks Adrianne for taking such good care of my baby!”

“Just left our dog over the holidays. Delightful family great property to host dogs, communication was terrific with daily pictures and updates. Drop off and pick up we’re both terrific and easy. First choice for sure!”

“Melissa and family kept us constantly updated with our pup during her stay and were incredibly understanding when our flight was delayed and pivoted to doing a drop off. We cannot thank them enough for their care of her.”

“Shane was awesome! He kept us updated the entire time with pictures and videos. He has a really nice yard that Leo LOVED. I never seen him so happy. 100% worth the drive. He really care for Leo. He even brought him out to us and gave Leo goodbye kisses!”

“Jeanne has watched my sweet little Noah for a week. I was initially hesitant due to it being my first experience with rover pet sitters. She was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to my requests (e.g. talk on the phone to ask questions, visit her neighborhood before dropping by to get him familiarized). Jeanne knew exactly what to do with my senior dog when he was dropped off. She also had a pillow collar for small dogs that could potentially fit through the gates! She gave me an update everyday with pictures attached. It was honestly a great first time experience with rover and I plan to use this service again due to Jeanne and hopefully with Jeanne when needed in the future!”
About: I’ve watched dogs for several of my friends and family in the past and have decided to take my care pet scratches to others in need. I’m currently a personal trainer. So I’ll have afternoons to come home and let the pups out. And I’m there for several hours at a time. I like to walk so they will get exercise in. I have a fenced in back yard. So the dogs will have plenty of space to run and play. They have a pond to drink from.
The median cost per night for pet boarding in Eureka is $40

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
