I’m comfortable with litter box care/potty training, feeding schedules, medications (including oral and topical), and of course—giving space when needed or engaging in play when welcomed. I have experience with rescues, seniors, and multi-animal households, and I always respect boundaries while keeping them safe, calm, and enriched during your time away. I know how stressful it can be to leave your family member behind—so I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes so you can relax, knowing your their is in loving, capable hands. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is always my top priority. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, needs, and routine so they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. I believe pets thrive on consistency, so I maintain familiar feeding schedules, potty routines, and preferred activities to ease any stress or anxiety. I approach every interaction with patience and respect—whether that means slow introductions for shy pets, extra play for high-energy dogs, or quiet companionship for independent cats. I also prioritize safety at all times: I double-check gates and leashes, monitor behavior closely, and never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I don’t take that lightly. I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos, so you always know your pet is safe, comfortable, and loved.

Your fur baby will be in the BEST hands with Brittanie! My husband and I have very high standards for our Siberian husky, Luna (she is our literal child 😂) and are thus very picky and cautious in choosing a pet sitter. Luna is also a skilled escape artist and requires diligent attention to ensure she is safe and secure. Brittanie could not have been a more perfect choice for us! Brittanie watched Luna for a few hours on a Friday night and most of the day/evening on the Saturday night following. She’s a mama to three fur babies herself, including rescues and escape artists, so she’s extremely responsible and loves her furry clients like her own. The second day Brittanie came over, Luna ran up to her with a wagging tail and giving kisses, which showed us how comfortable Brittanie made her feel. Brittanie took great care of the home we stayed in and even left it in a better condition than we left it! She provided constant text and photo updates to ensure we felt able to be present and relaxed at our wedding events, certain Luna was happy and safe. Brittanie took Luna out constantly to go potty, listened to her cues for food, outside time, and exercise, and was just all-around an amazing caregiver, house sitter, and deal! My only complaint is that we aren’t local, so we cannot use her again 💔 From a genuine client, obsessed fur parents, and first-time Rover users, thank you Brittanie! We cannot recommend you enough!
Brittanie was absolutely amazing!!! The meet and greet went well she not only tried to get to know the pups but us as well, she connected really well with them, sent a bunch of pictures and text updates while away, definitely think the pups are going to miss her. Definitely recommend her for watching your pups, very attentive and gives them a lot of love!🤍

Schedule
While I don’t work from home full-time, I have a consistent routine that allows me to provide reliable care before and after work, with dedicated time for evening check-ins, feedings, and enrichment. On weekends and days off, I’m fully available for extended visits, walks, or overnight care. Because animals are such an important part of my life—I’m actively involved in rescue work and advocacy—I intentionally plan my time to make sure each pet gets the attention, comfort, and structure they need. Whether it’s a quick drop-in, a weekend boarding, or daily check-ins, I take my role seriously and treat each pet as if they were my own.
