Jennifer is a true gem. She was flexible when I messed up the start date, incredibly accommodating with an ongoing renovation (no functional kitchen, the house being painted…) and wonderful with our animals. We appreciated her help immensely and would absolutely use again.
Amber is so good with our animals and goes above and beyond. We have trusted her for a couple years with our pups. She has really got to know them and their quirks and is just wonderful with them. She communicates well, always quick to respond and sends photos— but also never too much as she is able to roll with anything that comes up.
Melissa went above and beyond to cater to my shy cat, playing with him and staying at the home with him. She sent regular updates and photos, which put me at ease on my trip! Emma is great!! This was my first Rover experience and I was a little nervous going into it, but I completely trusted Emma with my pets. She provided my dog and cat with a lot of quality care, attention, and cuddles. She also was very accommodating with my schedule and communicated very well.
It can be hard to find a sitter that enjoys big dogs. Our big, goofy dogs love Clara! We appreciate that she let us know how they were doing and help them stay happy and on their routine (as it helps the smaller of our two dogs keep her anxiety down while we’re away). We will definitely call on her again.
