“In October, I went to Seattle for two days. I have two dogs, one is a small shit-zu mix and the other a Husky/malamute mix. Both are sweet but they have their own habits. She met them for the first time and after explaining their routine to her and the medicine the smaller dog had to take, she showed her understanding by explaining it back to me. Once I left she stayed with the dogs at my house and gave me updates when she could. The picture updates made me feel better in leaving my pups and I could tell how much she cared for them by seeing how happy they are when they see her.”

“Terry watched my dog and walked him, and my 60 pound dog would sit down and not move when he was done walking, so he carried him home 5 blocks, he loves animals and they love him, I have know Terry over 20 yrs and I have had several dogs and they have all loved him.”

“She was fantastic! Always updated us with pictures and was super thoughtful about the heat and walks with our pups. She even asked about house plants that potentially needed watering. When we came home they were very chill and happy. We could tell they had lots of love. We’ve booked on Rover many times and she has been one of the best. Funny side note: Upon returning home, getting settled and taking our pups on an evening walk after it had cooled down we ran into our neighbors across the street and they, unprompted, raved that she was the best sitter they’ve observed at our house. Highly recommend and will ask to sit our pups/house again in the future.”

“Jaelynn took excellent care, not only of our two pets but also our home. She quickly won over and calmed our sometimes-rowdy/anxious Malamute and we're pretty sure both our dogs were a bit sad to see her go. She also went above and beyond when we found out our flight home was delayed, staying way later than we first asked to make sure the pups stayed snug and warm. And our home looked as good or better than we left it. I highly recommend Jaelynn and am looking forward to our next stay.”
