About: I am enthusiastic and want to do everything I can to help your dog feel comfortable and have as much fun as possible whether we go for a walk once a week or I am taking care of them for five days! I have been taking care of pets through Rover on and off for about 3 years and I have loved getting to meet plenty of pets and their owners. Depending on the needs of the dog/owner, my favorite activities to do with the pets I sit are going for long runs/walks, playing fetch in the backyard, and trying to teach new tricks to impress their owners when they come home! It is easy for me to communicate and respond quickly by phone or email at any time, so do not hesitate to contact me for any reason.

About: I have been house and pet sitting for multiple breeds of dogs and animals for mostly veterinarians and surgeons for over 15 years. I have the sweetest, giant 9 y/o black lab, whom I have had since 8 weeks and my cat was weaned from being found in a ditch. Used to older dogs that require medicine. I absolutely love all animals of all breeds and sizes; I always call it their “vacation”, especially if you have kids, because all of the attention is on them. I’m used to watching animals for weeks at a time, and your home will be cleaner than when you left. Have experience with watching chickens, birds, and other large farm animals. If you have specific requests or concerns, feel free to reach out. I am always upfront with what I am able to do and reasonably flexible. I look forward to watching your fur, or not fur, baby/babies! I work 8-5 M-Th with flexible lunch most days. Happy to stay overnight as long as others are not coming into your home for safety reasons. I can replicate whatever your normal care is for your animal as long as it fits in my schedule. There are not any limitations I can think of.

“Tegan is wonderfull with animals she worked in the vet industry for over 10 years, she has worked with many types of animals from birds to bears. She has a great heart for animals, she has adopted many sick dogs and cats, she would always try to find a good home for them and if she couldnt she would bring them home herself, even the ones that didn't have long, she has cared for all her animals, down to grooming, nail clipping, and cleaning and bandaging any wounded ones, the only reason she got out of the vet world was because her heart was too big. Putting animals to sleep and dealing with owners that dont care about there pets and would choose to put them to sleep instead of caring for them took a toll on her. Her boston terrier she rescued from a puppy mill because the owner was going to put her to sleep because she got knocked up by a full size dog and the owner wasnt willing to pay for the delivery, tegan adopted that dog and paid for the surgery and took care of that dog for the remainder of her life and spoiled her. That's the type of heart she has for animals.”

Isaac has cared for Ollie while his owners are out of town. Isaac loves animals, is very responsible and excellent at communication. I would 💯 trust my fur baby with him!”

“Audria was great watching our cat! While shes watched her before, this time our cat had eaten something suspicious two days before our week-long trip. Audria sent daily updates to us and checked the litter box to make sure our cat was doing okay and didn't need an emergency vet trip. Audria also left the place nice and clean and made sure her water was good as it was especially hot that week. Thanks Audria for putting our mind at ease while we were away!”
