Hello! My name is Katie and I have been employed with a doggy daycare since I was eighteen. I have all kinds of experience with all different ages, temperaments, and breeds of dogs. In my time as a pet care giver I have had experience with feeding and giving oral medication. I love walking and running with dogs, as well as taking dogs to the dog park. I have a very flexible work schedule, so I won't leave your dogs home alone for long periods of time. If you need someone who is going to care about your dog and the way that you want me to interact with them, I'm your girl! I hope you choose me and we have a great time with your puppy pal.

Katie took such awesome care of our hounds while we were away after moving to a new place! She sent picture and video updates, walked them together even though they love going in different directions, and they were happy and well-cared-for when we got back. I would absolutely entrust them to her again!
Katie was just so amazing! It was our first time using Rover for our pup and we felt so comfortable with Katie as our sitter. We were nervous because it was our first time away for a day from our dog but Katie sent pictures and updates that laid our anxiety at ease. We would definitely ask Katie to dog sit for us again!
Just got back from our trip and Katie could not have been better. The constant updates with photos was a nice touch. We will not hesitate to use her again. Just when I thought Sophie couldn’t be more pampered or spoiled, Katie pulled it off!!! Thanks Katie!

Schedule
I wake up really early so if you have an early riser I am on the job. I usually walk in the mornings and then depending on the day (During the month of December I am home all day because I work as an educator) I will be in and out. I walk dogs usually 3 times a day (less if you want) and spend most of my time getting to know pups and hanging out with them!

I have worked with all kinds of dogs including nervous and anxious types. I have worked with food aggression, social issues and other health problems. I take dogs out probably more than they need to because I want to make sure they are comfortable with me!
A typical day
I love long walks around the area, especially on trails. For a milder time I love exploring new neighborhoods and stopping by parks. I also love to run so if you have a pup with a lot of energy I’d love to take them out!

- I would love to know if the dog reacts certain ways to things. Some dogs don't work well on a leash and some go nuts when they see other dogs. I am happy to accommodate these things I just need to know what I am getting into :)
