“Audrey did a wonderful job watching our giant Alaskan malamute and cat. She walked him everyday, and kept us updated daily with photos. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and we would book her again.”

“Jennifer arrived promptly & my pup Daisy immediately fell in love with her. I was gone for about 6 hours, received a cute photo, & came home to a happy dog. I will definitely book Jennifer again.”

“Our dogs loved Bethany! They had a wonderful day with her, and they were both moping when she left. We had absolutely no worries on our day trip about our dogs because she took excellent care of them.”

“Ryan was absolutely amazing! We left our dog for 10 days for the first time and I think our dog had a better vacation than we did. He took him to the park and on walks all the time. My dog is also only 8 month and has a lot of energy and Ryan was great at keeping him happy and healthy. 10/10 would hire him everytime.”

“Carla was quick to respond and took great care of my dog when my other sitter backed out at the last minute. She sent pictures and updates and I could not have been happier with the service she provided.”

“Rachel is great! We were so relaxed on our vacation knowing that our dog was getting good care and lots of affection! Our house was so clean when we returned too! We will definitely book here again!!”

“Honestly Nick and Nazzy the best sitters we have had on Rover—would recommend super highly to anyone who wants to leave their pet pals in good hands! We have an anxious dog and an asthmatic cat, so not the easiest pets, but Nick and Nazzy always take such good care of them. They send tons of pics and videos and kept us up to date on all the happenings! Super kind and considerate folks who go above and beyond in their care of the pets and the home!!”

About: I’ve been pet and house sitting for friends, family, and neighbors for 10 years now. I have had dogs of my own, and I currently live with two lovely golden retrievers. I enjoy helping others in this way by alleviating stress and making sure their pet(s) are well cared for while they’re away! I’m currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of time with your pets! I’m available Mondays and Tuesdays before 10am for a morning walk, and Wednesdays-Fridays any time for walks, play and quality time. Im available for pet and house sitting weekdays and weekends! When you provide the details of your pet’s routine, I’ll make sure they will be well cared for, and the routine consistent! They’ll get lots of active time and attention.
“Nevaeh did a wonderful job watching Archie. She was responsible, communicative, and sent plenty of updates and photos which I appreciated. She was quick to reach out with questions and concerns, and was an excellent problem solver. Nevaeh also left my house sparkling clean which was an amazing extra touch to come home to. I loved that I was not worried about Archie and feel that Nevaeh is a trustworthy sitter.”

“I really appreciate all the effort and care put into my animals! Like most pet owners, I fret when I'm away. Monique was communicative and friendly, always responding quickly and happy to send a pic.”

“Julie was an absolute gem! Our girl calmed right down and enjoyed her new friend. Julie sent us photos showing Rosie nice and relaxed at hom, as well as playing ball. She even washed the sheets and emptied the dishwasher! We will definitely ask Julie to stay again.”

“Suzy stayed at our house while we were gone and took care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats. She was extremely professional.. Everyone seemed so happy and taken care of when we got back. Highly suggest booking with her! I will be booking with her again in August.”

“Amanda has house sat for us twice now. She is wonderful with our dogs and she follows all instructions left on how to take care of our fur babies. I would absolutely recommend Amanda. Thanks again for all your help!!”

“Jocelyn was amazing! She took such great care of my 2 kitties and my house for the 10 days I was away and sent plenty of pictures. The house was in pristine condition when I returned and my cats were happy and healthy. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Melissa was great to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and she took great care of my puppy. She was very attentive to my specifications for my pup. She messaged with timely & detailed updates which helped ease my new dog mom nerves. Thanks Melissa!”

“Molly was a tremendous attendant to our home and pets. Dog and cat care. Excellent communication and proactive about anticipated items that could improve on our plan. Pets joyfully engaged and activity levels met across a range of needs younger and older pets.”

“We feel so comfortable having David & Jennifer care for our pets. Our flights home got delayed- they were accommodating, even changed the dates in the Rover app. We have a lot of technology: security system, gate code into development, e-dog door, GPS collars on the dogs - they handle it all.”

Latah Valley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Molly was prompt in responding to our last minute need, easy to work with, and communicated well w/each visit to check on our critters while we were away. She was open to checking in on our conventional pet (a cat) but also our non-conventional pets (baby chicks). Grateful for her services.

Audrey is a fantastic dog sitter! Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and quick responses. She was incredibly friendly, caring, and clearly great with Penny. I also really appreciated coming home to a tidy, well-kept house. Highly recommend and would happily book again!

Carla watched our dog and my in-laws dog for 10 days while we were out of the country. She met up with us two times before our travels and kept us updated as to how the dogs were doing while we were gone. We came home to a clean house and happy dogs, would definitely book with Carla again!

Haley cared for Gracie over a long weekend, and we are so grateful. She provided extraordinary care for our little french bull dog. This was the first time we left her with a sitter, so I was very relieved that Haley was such a dog lover and really considered Gracie's needs and comfort. She came each day around the same times and provided the routine and nourishment as well as some play time! We are VERY grateful for this team. THANK YOU so much again Haley!

My dogs were so comfortable with Chad. I’m always nervous leaving my babies with someone they don’t know, but they warmed right up to Chad. I was sent lots of pictures and Chad even took the sheets off the bed and washed them! I so appreciate you Chad! Thank you!
