She spent 3 nights at my place to make sure my babies were well taken care of and it made my trip so much more relaxing. She even administered eye medication to one of my babies. Rachelle went above and beyond for us, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She was dog sitting and house sitting for us during the recent complex fires. We were out of state, roughly 2,000 miles away, when our area became adjacent to a Level 3 evacuation zone. Before we even fully understood what was happening, Rachelle contacted us to let us know she was evacuating and had already taken action to get our dogs to safety. She didn't wait for us to tell her what to do. She took ownership of the situation, gathered the dogs, contacted us to ask whether there was anything else she should take from the house, and then got everyone out safely. Unfortunately, the location she initially evacuated to also came under a Level 3 evacuation, so she had to move again. She continued to keep us informed throughout the entire situation, even while dealing with the uncertainty herself. She ultimately arranged a dog-friendly hotel and stayed with the dogs until it was safe to return. She also coordinated with a friend who helped her during the evacuation and even made sure one of our dogs' kennels was brought along. What stood out most was how proactive, communicative, and responsible she was. She treated our dogs as if they were her own and never hesitated to put their safety first. Being so far away and unable to do anything ourselves, knowing that our dogs were safe and being cared for was incredibly reassuring. Rachelle handled an extraordinary situation with calmness, good judgment, and genuine care. We are incredibly grateful to her and would trust her with our dogs and our home without hesitation. She's earned our trust for life, and we hope she'll keep sitting for us until she retires!
My dogs were so excited that Jennifer was taking care of them again - and so was I! Great communication, dogs were happy, extra special care when the unexpected happened (like that really nasty ??? that they HAD to roll in)… Jennifer is a treasure, mindful of my pets and my home. For SURE I will book with her again!
I will absolutely be reaching out to Ashten & Shelby the next time we leave town. They were super responsive, stayed with our animals almost the entire time (which was not required but much appreciated!), and they had to manage our almost two-year-old puppy, who has anxiety with unknown people. Despite my challenging pup, they settled in, and everyone was well taken care of.
Morgan did a fantastic job watching our cat and high drive GSP. She was willing to spend lots of time outside playing in the yard and was very attentive to our animals needs. She was conscious of the warmer weather and was sure to take make our dog take breaks and she made sure they had water at all times. She was very respectful of our house and left everything in order. I would absolutely book with Morgan again in the future.
Jhonas was patient in meeting our pups especially the shy pup. He took the time during a meet and greet to make sure the pups and owners (us) were comfortable. He left the house as clean and organized as when we left and sent updates daily. Thanks Jhonas, it made us feel comfortable leaving our babies for a full week.
Allison (Rae) took incredible care of both my dog and my sister’s pup over the Fourth of July weekend! She walked and played with them a lot and made them both comfortable despite their separation anxieties. She left the house spotless and even ran a load of dishes! I would definitely have her house and dogsit for me again!
