I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.

I’d love to know ahead of time the schedule your pet is on. I find that dogs especially tend to stick to very strict schedules and get anxious when those schedules aren’t followed, so in order to keep a healthy, happy dog, I try and stick as close to their original schedule as possible.
A typical day
I love to go on walks to a nearby park, or simply running around outside. I have a very high energy dog myself, along with two others who get him riled up, so I’m very used to running them around until they’re completely exhausted.

I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often!
