I’m so happy to see her rolling in the dirt and playing now. This means the world!!! About: I have had dogs since I was a little girl. I used to love running around with my German Shepherd named Rambo. I currently have 2 little dogs and I love them so much! I am a stay at home mom. My kids are older though. I have plenty of time for new animal friends! I love taking walks and snuggling with animals! I have cats that will stay upstairs if your dog visits. I also have 2 very friendly girls that can play with your dog. There is a big park next to my house that has plenty of room to run!

“I can't say enough good/positive about Melissa. She recently house/cat sat for us for 10 days. Her daily (sometimes 2 🥰) updates with pics were so comforting while we were away (and even with a 9 hour tike difference). Our cats (3 total) are very spoiled & are used to us being home all the time. It was comforting jnowing that she spent most of her time here with them vs other pet siters that just come long enough to feed and leave. We have one cat that is extremely shy/scared of everyone except us & Melissa demonstrated that she understands animals & how best to interact with our sweet but shy girl. She left the house in pristine condition. Laundered the towels & bedding & even remade the bed. Absolutely appreciated! I have a lot (a lot) of houseplants and had my garden veggie plants started & in my grow tent and she took exceptional care of them all. I have a 14-year-old senior cat, Mr. Meowgi, so I know older kitties sometimes need a little extra TLC. About: We have dogs, snakes, and a bunny. We have kept many different pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. Any instructions will be religiously followed. I am getting my masters in behavior analysis so I am ALWAYS aware of the dynamics of our animals and animal guests!

About: Animal lover since I was little, I’ve had personal and professional experience caring for a wide range of animals. From reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, dogs, and my favorite-cats, I’ve seen it all. Aspiring to work in the veterinary world, I will always treat your fur(or scale!) friends as my own. Spending time with animals is truly one of my favorite things to do and seeing them happy and healthy is always my number one goal! I’m currently working a weekend position while trying to build pet care into my more substantial work. I am available quite frequently throughout the week, and I’m available on the weekends days, it will just be outside of whatever shift I’m working. Going on walks is something I try to fit into my personal life every day, being able to walk with your pups or checking on other animals is just an added bonus! My biggest thing is being aware. Animals, though adorable, aren’t the smartest. I try to be proactive by making sure the areas I’m in are always well-kept and safe for the animals. My second priority is keeping them on as much of their routine as they can, making your absence a little more manageable. I've looked after a litter of newborn mini Aussie puppies and have kept up dog training & routines while my sisters were traveling. From very energetic dogs to high-needs senior dogs--I've taken care of them all! I have no allergies, and mess doesn't bother me one bit. I normally teach English Composition at the local university, but I've got nothing to teach this summer! I'm writing a novel and would LOVE a reason to step away from the keyboard--dog walking, house sitting, playing. I'm very flexible. Thanks so much for your time! At the moment, I do not care for pets in my own home. But if I get the opportunity I would put just as much care and compassion in that as I do as a walker/sitter.
About: I’ve always had dogs and have such a soft spot for rescues. I own 2 dogs myself who I spend a lot of time exploring, walking, playing, and training with. I am currently attending grad school 2 days a week and working part time in the evenings. With my own dogs, I typically go on a long morning walk in nature and shorter evening walks in our neighborhood. I’m very flexible! I live in a spacious home with a large yard. The dogs are always supervised and when not, they are separated and/or crated. I always monitor dog body language to ensure only safe and appropriate interactions occur.

About: I have had dogs since I was a little girl. I used to love running around with my German Shepherd named Rambo. I currently have 2 little dogs and I love them so much! I am a stay at home mom. My kids are older though. I have plenty of time for new animal friends! I love taking walks and snuggling with animals! I have cats that will stay upstairs if your dog visits. I also have 2 very friendly girls that can play with your dog. There is a big park next to my house that has plenty of room to run!
