About: There has never not been a dog in my house. I've grown up around them and feel very comfortable with them! Within the last few years I have logged 70+ volunteer hours at SCRAPS training and exercising dogs. I achieved the highest level of training and thoroughly enjoy my time working with them. I have handled dogs with all kinds of behavioral issues from having a high prey drive to disliking people. Additionally I've worked with my own dog and she earned her CGC, participated in numerous rally classes, and began agility. When she became a senior dog I gave her a comfortable life until the end. I am passionate about making their lives better for as long as we have them. I also have experience taking care of rabbits, goats, and horses. I'm a full-time student on summer break so I have full availability currently. Evenings will have less availability as I will be doing some summer conditioning for my sport but can be flexible with the client's needs. In my own home we keep our dogs separate with baby gates and the use of leashes. Keeping them safe is a priority for us so we do all we can to help make them comfortable while maintaining safety. Depending on what the client is comfortable with I will use whatever measures they want to keep their family safe.

About: Having grown up from a very young age around cats and dogs, I love spending time with animals of all kinds! I have done house sitting for the pets of several friends and families over the past few years, including caring for disabled and senior pets, for up to five weeks at a time. I worked as a dog groomer during the summer of 2025 and got to interact with dogs of all ages, manors & breeds! As someone who is active and loves spending time outdoors, I am well suited for high-energy pups. I am new to this platform, but not to pet sitting! I quickly hopped on Rover to see who was near us, and decided to message MacKenzie based on other reviews that had been left. She was quickly able to come over and meet our gang to make sure it would be a fit. After that initial meeting, my husband and I both felt very comfortable and confident with her coming to stay and take care of things while we were gone. The day we were supposed to leave, we ran into some issues but MacKenzie was flexible and fast to communicate. She was very punctual and sent brief updates/questions throughout the week (she has our preference on communication and we had told her we didn't need regular check ins or updates). When we got home, we could tell our dogs and cats had missed us, but it was also clear that they had been well taken care of. Overall, if and when I may need another house & pet sitter, I wouldn't hesitate to reach back out to MacKenzie and I won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for help.”

About: I live in a cute house with a fenced back yard and like the headline says, I'm right across from a dog-friendly park! Your pet will be treated as one of my own, being loved-upon but with safety and comfort being my number-one priority. I work full time during the regular work week at Fairchild AFB, so if your dog is ok with being left alone that’s awesome! Otherwise, I am fully available on weekends, giving you time to have fun or do whatever, worry free! Please note, at this time, I am not offering recurring walks. I have a pet door for your dog's freedom to go in and out, and have cameras set up in my back yard but I normally go out with them anyway to play and to make sure they are safe and happy. I always equip my Rover pack with an Apple air tag as I like to be prepared for the worst-case scenario.
