About: Hi there! My name is Shane, and I’m based in Taunton, MA, providing pet care all across Massachusetts and RI. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and even chinchillas. About: I've always loved dogs and cats and felt very passionate about them. I have two years animal shelter experience taking care of dogs and cats. This included feeding several different types of foods and diets to pets, ensuring pets' safety, cleaning cages and kennels, cleaning litter boxes, and taking out dogs into the yard. I pay attention to dogs and cats body languages to ensure their safety needs and emotional needs are met. I let pets come to me first so that they can feel comfortable and safe around me. I treat every pet with respect and if they do not want to say hi yet, that is totally fine with me I will feed them and clean litterbox, etc and they will warm up to me eventually. I watch puppies and young dogs very carefully so that they do not get into trouble and I always make sure the floors are puppy/dog proofed.
