About: Hi there! My name is Shane, and I’m based in Taunton, MA, providing pet care all across Massachusetts and RI. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and even chinchillas. My background includes working as a playgroup supervisor at a doggy daycare outside Boston, as well as my former position at Providence Animal Rescue League as a communications coordinator and pet photographer (which means I’d be happy to capture some great photos of your pets, too!). In addition to my hands-on experience, I’m comfortable and experienced with administering medications — including to cats and dogs with special medical needs. I understand the importance of patience and precision when it comes to keeping pets healthy and happy. At home, I share life with my partner Anna (also an animal lover and caregiver), our diabetic cat Nestor, and our two leopard geckos, Meechee and Verne. I also help care for my family’s dog, Finn, whenever I can. Currently, I work mostly remotely, with occasional in office days. Whether it’s dog walking, drop-in visits, or pet sitting/boarding, I bring a mix of professional experience, personal passion, and a whole lot of care to every pet I meet. Myself and my partner are a lovely tag team of caregivers when it comes to our cat and leopard geckos! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their routine as closely as possible so your pets feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding on schedule, refreshing water, walks or playtime, administering medication if needed, and of course lots of love and attention. I keep a close eye on their well-being, send updates and photos, and always leave your home just as I found it. To be able to stay in your home is a privilege in itself, so I thank you for the hospitality! When pets stay with me, I provide a safe and cozy environment, enrichment through play, and plenty of supervised attention. I believe in treating every animal as if they were my own — making sure they’re happy, healthy, and cared for in the way that suits them best.

About: I have been taking care of animals big and small for as long as I can remember! When I was in my early teens I started pet sitting, and once I was 18 I began working on local horse farms; mucking stalls, and learning as much as I could along the way. I take pride in knowing I am knowledgeable and dependable; I’ve fulfilled duties as grand as farm/kennel sitting- (meticulous care; maintaining medicine and feed schedules, cleaning services, turn in and out, organization of multiple and large quantity of animals at a time) …. About: I've had pets and been around others since I was young. I love all animals and enjoy spending as much time with them as I can. They are usually just as excited to see me as I am too see them. I make my own schedule so my availability is very open. I can work around your schedule when needed. Nights and weekends are also open I will follow any instructions for care from pet parents. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have plenty of experience walking dogs of all sizes so this will not be an issue either.

About: I have been surrounded by all animal since I was very young. Dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, rodents, farm animals, reptiles, etc. I love learning more about animals and I appreciate the time I have with them. I respect animals and find it rewarding to work with them always. I am currently working part time and looking for a job that I enjoy to fill in the days. I have an open availability and am able to work weekends as well. In my home I have a fenced in yard, open areas in my house for my pets to roam. My dogs are fed on a schedule and let outside every 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, and go on walks in a sanctuary that is close by my house. My cat always has clean litter due to me cleaning it everyday, I also deep clean the litter box every week. My cat gets her water changed at lease 2-3 times a day and is fed on a time schedule.
