My journey caring for Kayne, our special needs dog, taught me how to handle medical routines, provide comfort, and stay attentive to every detail. That experience shaped my approach to every pet I welcome. I understand that each animal deserves patience, respect, and love. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or needs a little extra care, they’ll always be treated like family in our home. We’re CPR and First Aid certified, giving you extra peace of mind while your pup is in our care. Pet care is woven into my daily life and something I genuinely love. As a stay at home mom, I’m home full time to give every furry friend constant love and attention. Our days revolve around walks, playtime, and snuggles. Caring for our late dog, Kayne, who developed a spinal injury and heart condition, taught me that true care takes patience, compassion, and adaptability qualities I bring to every pet I meet. In our home, every animal is treated like family. I provide a clean, safe, and active space with multiple walks, a fenced yard for play, and individualized routines. Through my experience caring for Kayne, who required special medical attention, I learned how to adapt to any level of care whether it’s energetic puppies or older companions needing extra comfort. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in loving, capable hands that treat them as one of our own.

“Having just moved to Long Island, my husband and I were in search of a reliable dog sitter for our dog, Kilo. We always had friends watch him in Miami, and were a bit nervous leaving Kilo with a stranger for 3 nights. Initially, we checked out some kennels in the area, and found them quite depressing. That led us to look on Rover, and Daniel's profile came up first. I reached out to Daniel to inquire about booking with him, and within minutes Daniel had responded and we set up a meet and greet for later that night. I stopped by with Kilo to see Daniel's set up/house. I could immediately tell that he was a dog person and was going to treat my dog as his own! I was nervous because Kilo can be a little territorial with other large males, but Daniel reassured me that everything would be fine. I dropped Kilo off later that week for his stay with Daniel and his family. Daniel sent pictures of Kilo playing outside and responded to any questions/concerns I had about Kilo during his stay. I felt totally confident that my dog was in good hands at his house. Daniel and his family will definitely be my dog people on the island! I absolutely recommend their services. I've already booked Kilo's next stay, and I also look forward to dropping Kilo off every once in a while for day care services just so he can run around and play with other dogs in a safe environment!”

About: I have 15+ years of owning my own pets (dogs, fish, birds, and hamsters) and caring for other people’s pets. I feel comfortable feeding, bathing, walking and providing any other type of care the pet needs. I truly love animals and enjoy making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I have a six-year-old son who absolutely loves animals as well, so pets staying in our home should be friendly and comfortable around children. We are a caring, animal-loving home and can’t wait to meet and care for your pets like they’re part of the family! I am home full-time, so your pets will always have love, attention, and supervision throughout the day and will never be left alone for long periods. I’m able to take dogs out frequently for walks and potty breaks, and our apartment complex also has a fenced area where pets can safely run around and play. My goal is to make your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away! I care for every pet as if they were part of my own family. In my home, pets will receive constant supervision, plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of love and affection. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while sticking to their normal routines as much as possible.
