Marla is fantastic with dogs. I could not have asked for better dogsitter. Cubbie came back calm and happy, and that’s unusual when there are other dogs and new people around him as he is generally a a nervous, timid rescue pup. Highly recommend.

From the moment we dropped Nessa off until the time we picked her up, we were pleasantly surprised by how completely at home she felt with Marla. Normally, Nessa is very apprehensive when meeting new people, new animals, or even visiting a new place. But from the moment Marla opened the door, our normally shy and hesitant little girl ran right into the house to greet Marla and all of her pets. To say my husband and I were shocked would be an understatement! Watching Nessa happily run off to play filled this mom and dad with so much joy. While we were attending our niece’s wedding, we kept checking our phones, fully expecting a call or text saying Nessa was crying or looking for us. That message never came—because she was apparently having the time of her life! When we returned to pick her up, Nessa was excited to show us all of her new friends. It was obvious she had been well cared for and truly enjoyed her stay. We could tell that Marla treated Nessa as if she were one of her own, and there is no greater compliment we could give. We only wish Marla lived in Connecticut instead of New York. Finding someone who genuinely loves and cares for your pet as though they were part of their own family is incredibly rare, and we would trust her with Nessa again in a heartbeat.
Marla was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Hachi. She cared for him for six days and treated him like one of her own. Her home is cozy, her yard is spacious, and Hachi felt completely comfortable from the moment he arrived. Marla is incredibly sweet, attentive, and clearly loves dogs. We’re very grateful for the love and care she gave Hachi and would happily book with her again.
Marla was super flexible and accommodating. The communication was flawless. We are positive Lumi got great care.,

I am available for daycare or boarding 24/7, 365 days a year. My services are available year-round and my rates do not increase seasonally or for holidays.

I have a 3/4 acre fully fenced yard with secured gates for our 2 dogs. My cats live in the 3 room 'kitty condo' indoors.

I love to engage my furry visitor with indoor & outdoor games. We enjoy walks in nearby parks and walking trails. Our pack provide companionship and also engage with our visitors.
