It’s a long story, but I had to work overnight at the hospital and one of my dogs was having a severe episode of separation anxiety due to some recent changes in my schedule/travel. Pauline happened to see my message in the late hours of the night (which I was totally not expecting) and offered to come stay with my dogs last minute in the middle of the night. I couldn’t believe it. Pauline is such a kind, caring, considerate, thoughtful person- I am so grateful she could help me out.”

Jen just spent the past week in our home with our puppy. We’ve used Jen in the past and we already have her booked for several additional dates. Marie was fantastic! This was our first time using Rover, so we were a bit nervous to leave Brady, but Marie made it so easy! She updated us multiple times a day and was always communicative. Melanie house and dog sat for our dog Luna for a few days while we traveled out of state. This was our first experience with Melanie other than a few daily walks and we were extremely happy with the care and communication.
