About: I’ve had dogs all my life, but something I am grateful for is my reactive rescue. I was always under the impression that dogs were all easy, but things changed six years ago when we rescued our sweet man. We’ve worked with a lot of trainers, and we now understand how to truly communicate with dogs. I’m grateful for the struggle. I hope I can be a safe person for you and your rescue, but regardless of your babe’s temperament, we will always be courteous and safe around other dogs. I care about safety but also love. Your baby will get all the love, pets, treats, and walks. I’m a flight attendant so my schedule varies! I’m free majority of the month, but I’m also very flexible if we build a relationship, I can move things around for you! I like to follow your normal routine as closely as I can. No request is too weird. I’ve had to sing a specific potty song for one dog and laughed my way through. Your baby will get all of the exercise needed and never miss out on lovings!

About: I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring for pets! I’ve had the joy of caring for dogs since I was young and grew up with three of my own. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to person for dog walking, feeding, training, and light grooming for friends, family, and through fostering. I genuinely love bonding with dogs and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m excited to build my Rover community and would love the opportunity to give your pets the same love and attention I’d give my own! I’m in the office from M-F 9-5, so after 5 and on the weekends I’m flexible and able to give your pup lots of time, play, and companionship. Whether your dog needs regular walks, drop-in visits, or just a little extra company during the day, I’m here to help and always working around their routine to keep things familiar and low-stress. While I currently live in an apartment and foster animals, I’m not offering boarding at this time. But when I care for pets in your home, I follow their routine closely from feeding and walks to playtime and medication. I also treat your space with the same care and respect I’d expect in mine.

Christine recently dog-sat my pup, Bolaño, for a full week, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Bolaño is the friendliest dog anyone has ever met—he absolutely loves people—so it’s important to me that he’s with someone who embraces that energy. Christine immediately connected with him and made sure he felt loved, engaged, and comfortable from the start. Even before the stay began, Christine was proactive in communicating what would be necessary to care for Bolano. She asked thoughtful questions, made sure she had all the details she needed, and gave me full confidence that he’d be in good hands. Throughout the week, she was also quick to respond whenever I reached out. When I returned, Bolano was happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time. It was obvious he’d been well cared for. I recommend Christine to anyone looking for a warm, reliable, and communicative dog sitter. She treated Bolano like one of her own, and I’d gladly work with her again
Rio was great! She’s super responsive, sent pictures of Tiger every day, and left our apartment clean when we got back from our two week trip. Would highly recommend!

It gets no better than Marcel! He’s dependable communicative and honest. I’m a stickler re: cleanliness and he maintained the cleanliness in my place without exception. Snoop was always on long walks to his favorite places (as demonstrated in the daily photos). Marcel is a South African gem that we NYers are lucky to have. I highly recommend him!

This was our second time Amelia house sat for our dog. She is attentive, professional, and extremely conscience when watching our pug. She is easy to get in touch with and has a positive attitude. She is a very clean house guest. We would continue to book her for our overnight travels!
Abby did a wonderful job looking after my two rather sensitive felines. My cat Colette, in particular, has become a very finicky eater and I was so appreciative of Abby’s patience and care. My kitties are already looking forward to having Abby come to stay again this fall.

Jacob watched my blind senior pitbull, who is not always the easiest, at our place over an extended weekend and even carried her up stairs on occasion. He was very communicative, giving us the opportunity to explain her behavior. I would trust him with any dog and be happy to have him stay with her again.
