Sush and her family took excellent care of my Bolt. I was getting regular updates and most importantly Bolt seemed happy and enjoying his time with Sush on all the pictures. She also has a fenced yard which was perfect for my dog. I can genuinely tell that Sush and her family care about animals and treat their as their own. Bolt was very happy at the end, he even got a Christmas gift and was well taken care of upon pickup which made an even greater impression. BLUF: Book in confidence. Helena and Nathan were great. Their comms were very clear and timely, they definitely know what they are doing in terms of thinking forward about how to give your dog the best experience and to give you peace of mind while they are being boarded there. Both their home and their yard are well-tended - no hazards for dogs like wires, broken boards, etc. They were also flexible in terms of dropoff/pickup times, as well as accommodating reasonable requests for toys, treats, and food options. They also allowed a friend of mine and their dog (who recommended me to Helena and Nathan) to stop by for a short playdate. Great experience and will book again!
Lidia and Luiz were beyond kind and loving to our sweet puppy maple. Lidia made sure Maple was treated like a a new family member of their household. She also meticulously reviewed and implemented all of the little details in Maples care sheet. We would absolutely use them again to board our pup.
