Jennifer was extra kind this time, giving him medicine and more walks since he couldn’t run around her spacious front yard due to a healing injury. “This weekend was our first experience using Rover for a sitter for our pup, Maisie, and we couldn’t have asked for better than Alyce and her family to watch her! Alyce hosted us for a meet and greet beforehand to make sure that Maisie and her dog would get along, which really put our minds at ease. Over the course of her stay, we received several photos and videos of Maisie playing with the other dogs and with Alyce’s sons, and you could just tell she was having a fantastic time. She really liked the variety toys that Alyce keeps for the dogs and roaming the nice, fenced backyard! Megan was amazing with Bentley! She sent a ton of photos, videos, and updates on how he ate and slept throughout the weekend. She made sure Bentley got lots of walks and exercise even with the rain. Bentley had a blast! Thank you Megan for taking great care of him and sending so many updates!
Byamba did a great job bordering our dog Harley while we were away for a long weekend. He communicated great to set up the logistics. He walked and sent pictures of Harley - I could tell by the texts he sent that Harley was doing her normal things and must have been very comfortable. Nice house with plenty of room and a fenced in back yard - we’re comfortable with Harley being outside in a back yard. Byamba will be my first call next time we need to board Harley!!
This was Major's second time boarding with Morgan and Ethan and he had a blast both times hanging out with them and playing with Porter and Guinness. During his most recent stay, I was delayed in dropping off and picking up Major and, due to being in a rush, forgot to bring his overnight bag. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating, however, even allowing him to use their own dog food and bowls. During both stays, Morgan and Ethan have been extremely responsive and great about providing updates, pictures and, and videos about how Major is doing. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for the peace of mind that their dog is being taken care of by people who truly care.
Mia and her dad, Hector, took great care of our dogs! They were very attentive, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the day with their potty breaks, feeding, and sleeping schedule. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing our dogs were in good hands. We highly recommend them and would definitely book with them again!
There really aren't appropriate words to describe how wonderful Ellie is! We left our baby with her for the longest period of time we had been away in his 7 years recently (almost two weeks), and Ellie went to the moon and beyond for him and us, making sure we were comfortable and his every need was taken care of.. so much so, I admit I was a bit worried he would not want to come home! In the months leading up to our trip, she was very accommodating with our meet and greets, helping ensure he was familiar with her and the environment before he arrived for his first day. After we left, she sent numerous photos and videos, and a detailed summary of their daily activities each day, so we could clearly see all the fun they were having, which made us feel much better. In addition, he came home a "new pup"- it was almost as if Ellie was our own personal trainer! He walks on his leash better, has better manners, and finally behaves himself around other dogs... suffice it to say, he enjoyed HIS "vacation" with Miss Ellie and that helped us enjoy ours. We have finally found "our person", as well as a good friend, and are so glad we did!
Susan was great with our dog Duke - easy to coordinate a meet and greet, super nice and accommodating to different dog styles. She only takes one new dog at a time to make sure there's not too much chaos. Her husband is also very nice! Duke made his way into their bed by the end of the stay, they really treat your dog like their own and you get plenty of picture updates :)
Allison and Evan once again provided the absolute best care for our sweet boy. We are all so lucky we found them. They treat Jax like their own. Allison provides daily updates and we know he’s in the best of hands when he’s with them. Thank you both again for loving on our sweet boy while we were gone. He already misses you and is looking forward to his next stay.
