About: I love taking care of dogs and the liveliness they bring to any household. I've taken care of multiple dogs at once before and have experience feeding them medicine as well! I'm available almost all hours of the day as I work from home. Having pets around is great because I love the comfort they bring when it's just me in the house. I have a fenced in backyard, along with a sliding glass door to the backyard. I have multiple floors in my house so pets can roam to their heart's content.

My parents and I have been providing care to beloved pets for a little over 13 years and never get tired of it! And as mentioned, my parents are retired and have plenty of free time throughout the week. We are attentive to the pets needs and safety. We follow your close instructions on what is best to do, what to avoid, what they can and can’t eat. And of course, are completely transparent about how your pet is doing.

I am CPR and First Aid certified for dogs and cats. I have worked at a pet daycare to veterinary clinic with combined experience of 9+ years. I have 2 dogs of my own and have been around dogs and cats all my life. Due to my career skills I am experienced with puppies to senior animal care. My schedule is flexible and usually am around from 6am-10pm every day of the week. I work 5 of the 7 days of the week but when petsitting I will split my time between work and the pet I’m caring for only. I will make sure every fence and door is closed. Can crate your dog if needed. I will also ensure any dangerous items or food is not in reachable distance. I also know to watch for any signs and know what to do if your pet is sick

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats in my house my whole life. I also have 3 years of professional experience dog and cat sitting, I love all animals and enjoy taking care of them. I am a graduate student at Marymount University. My weekends are usually free and my class schedule is light and somewhat online so I’m very flexible with walks and check-ins. I am well experienced with all kinds of dogs and can handle almost all situations. I can walk, feed, play, and crate your dog if need be.

“Shizuka provided a level of service far better than I’m used to - as a frequent rover user. She has a nice home where she can separate large dogs from small dogs, and she makes her home an environment where dogs can easily coexist (no toys lying around for Tilly to take and guard). She gave Tilly lots of water and plenty of potty breaks, even in the rain. She took lots of pictures, and she gave me a report card for the visit (thankfully Tilly was well behaved the whole time). I will definitely use her services again.”

I keep everything clean and follow routines closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or medication. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always aim to give them the best care possible. I’m a senior in high school, which gives me a consistent and reliable schedule. I’m available every day, with the exception of school hours. I am in school from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., which is when I arrive back home. Outside of those hours, I’m fully available for pet care, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. My home is a clean, two-story apartment that provides a comfortable and safe environment for pets, pets are allowed in the building. While there is a 4-year-old child in the home, pets are never left alone with the child at any time. I closely supervise all interactions to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. During their stay, pets remain with me at all times as I am the primary and sole caregiver. I make sure they have a quiet, secure space and receive constant attention, supervision, and care throughout their stay.
