I’ve been raised around pets my entire childhood, 5 dogs, 3 cats and, a parrot, which has given me a genuine love and deep understanding of animals. I’m very patient and attentive, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m extremely punctual, responsible, and organized, and I take pet care seriously. I keep everything clean and follow routines closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or medication. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always aim to give them the best care possible.

Mia is a very reliable and trustworthy person who cares deeply about others, especially animals. She has raised a couple of stray cats as her own during her teenage years, along with caring for the rest of the family’s pets. She takes to the labor of cleaning after her dog Princesa, making sure she’s warm and comfortable, feeding her, walking her and bathing her. Mia also is a patient caretaker, and she has previously taken care of both children and animals with attentiveness and respect.

Schedule
I’m a senior in high school, which gives me a consistent and reliable schedule. I’m available every day, with the exception of school hours. I am in school from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., which is when I arrive back home. Outside of those hours, I’m fully available for pet care, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is a clean, two-story apartment that provides a comfortable and safe environment for pets, pets are allowed in the building. While there is a 4-year-old child in the home, pets are never left alone with the child at any time. I closely supervise all interactions to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. During their stay, pets remain with me at all times as I am the primary and sole caregiver. I make sure they have a quiet, secure space and receive constant attention, supervision, and care throughout their stay.
