Their comms were very clear and timely, they definitely know what they are doing in terms of thinking forward about how to give your dog the best experience and to give you peace of mind while they are being boarded there. Both their home and their yard are well-tended - no hazards for dogs like wires, broken boards, etc. They were also flexible in terms of dropoff/pickup times, as well as accommodating reasonable requests for toys, treats, and food options. They also allowed a friend of mine and their dog (who recommended me to Helena and Nathan) to stop by for a short playdate. Great experience and will book again!”
