“This weekend was our first experience using Rover for a sitter for our pup, Maisie, and we couldn’t have asked for better than Alyce and her family to watch her! Alyce hosted us for a meet and greet beforehand to make sure that Maisie and her dog would get along, which really put our minds at ease. Over the course of her stay, we received several photos and videos of Maisie playing with the other dogs and with Alyce’s sons, and you could just tell she was having a fantastic time. She really liked the variety toys that Alyce keeps for the dogs and roaming the nice, fenced backyard! We appreciated Alyce’s consistent communication and we had no doubt that our dog was in great, responsible hands and also enjoying herself! “Sush took under her care my dog when my initial booking didn’t work out on a short notice but I believe that it was the best thing that could have happened. Sush and her family took excellent care of my Bolt. I was getting regular updates and most importantly Bolt seemed happy and enjoying his time with Sush on all the pictures. She also has a fenced yard which was perfect for my dog. I can genuinely tell that Sush and her family care about animals and treat their as their own. Bolt was very happy at the end, he even got a Christmas gift and was well taken care of upon pickup which made an even greater impression. “Nyla and Corey took excellent care of my pets while I was visiting my brother in Alexandria. They were able to accommodate a last minute request due to an unforeseen work situation I was in. Corey was able to pick up my pups and bring them home which was a huge help, as I am not very familiar with the DC Metro area in addition to the horrific traffic. They sent me photos during the day to let me know how my dogs were doing, which was great as I am a helicopter pet parent. What began as a last minute doggy day care issue became a blessing as I will always utilize Corey and Nyla in the future when visiting my brother in Alexandria. I should also mention that I have a bossy female toy poodle Lu and a mini Aussie puppy Finn. They are both well trained but get super excited being around new people and Finn needs mental and physical stimulation throughout the day. They both came home to me happy and sleepy, I know that Finn would not be sleepy if he did not get the stimulation that he needs especially at this stage of his life. Thank you, Corey and Nyla! Our puppy was incredibly shy but just a couple days with Shayla and she really came out of her shell. Shayla has such a natural gift for caring for animals and her house has an awesome yard and secure setup. We let her know about our concerns about our older dog being an escape artist and she walked us through the various measures in place to ensure his safety including she has even worked on threshold manners when him so he doesn’t walk through the door until he’s told it’s okay to. She also knows just how to manage my puppy’s anxiety and doesn’t see her anxiety as a hassle but is instead so empathetic and dedicated to building her confidence. She introduced our dogs to her dogs over time and in a way that didn’t stress my puppy out. She takes them on lots of walks and they come back from day care happy and tired!”

About: I’ve had furry family members all my life. Finally got my own and live having a pup to train, pamper and love on. Let me share that experience with you and your pup as well☺️ I work from home, which makes pup care easier. My pup goes on a 30-60min walk or fetch in the fenced s hook fields near me around 7.30-8, eats around 10.30am with a quick walk outside soon after. She naps and is free to play. Last walk and dinner is around 6.30-7.30. Jade sleeps in her crate beside my bed. I’m able to give as much attention to her as needed because my schedule is flexible. I am very tidy and keep hazards away from the pups. I use dog-safe cleaning products. I also have a nest doorbell camera to monitor those coming and going. Plants are out of reach. Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. I’m so happy he gets a happy easy-going doggy friend in Khali, and experience with Pursey the cat. It’s so nice knowing that he is so beautifully cared for. Jennifer was extra kind this time, giving him medicine and more walks since he couldn’t run around her spacious front yard due to a healing injury. We love getting updates and adorable pictures throughout his time there. I’m not sure Harley really wanted to leave!”
“This weekend was our first experience using Rover for a sitter for our pup, Maisie, and we couldn’t have asked for better than Alyce and her family to watch her! Alyce hosted us for a meet and greet beforehand to make sure that Maisie and her dog would get along, which really put our minds at ease. Over the course of her stay, we received several photos and videos of Maisie playing with the other dogs and with Alyce’s sons, and you could just tell she was having a fantastic time. She really liked the variety toys that Alyce keeps for the dogs and roaming the nice, fenced backyard! We appreciated Alyce’s consistent communication and we had no doubt that our dog was in great, responsible hands and also enjoying herself! We would definitely recommend booking with Alyce and are confident we’ll be requesting her services again in the future!”

“We left our two year old lab with Jennifer and Joel during a family vacation at the end of summer. We were nervous going into it because we had never left her with someone we didn’t know. I shared this with Jennifer and Joel at the meet and greet and reminded them at drop off. They sent pics and videos every day, which really helped us to feel that our girl was also “on vacation” and having a great time with their two dogs. “Trevor did a great job taking care of Bodie, our 4 year old springerdoodle, when we went out of town for a week. “We highly recommend Lily for dog boarding/dog sitting. She took wonderful care of our Golden Retriever, Luna, while we were on vacation. Lily not only cared for her basic needs (feeding, potty breaks/exercise), but also gave her lots of love and attention while we were away. Our pup loves people and other dogs, but she is very attached to her humans and can get anxious when separated from them. So, this is only the second time we’ve left her in someone else’s care. We’re so grateful to Lily for making it a success. Luna seemed happy and well cared for when we picked her up. Lily was great about communication, providing daily updates, pictures and video of Luna.
