“Kent welcomed our little girl into his home once again and took great care of her. She felt right at home and was very comfortable. Our dog is older and has some higher needs but Kent managed them very easily, and he even sent a few pictures and notes to check in with us throughout the stay. Kent was also very responsive, flexible and easy to work with regarding drop off and pickup times. I accidentally miscommunicated my pickup time on our way back from our trip, and when I realized the error and messaged Kent he was quick to adapt to accommodate us. We had a great experience boarding our dog with Jackie! She was very thorough and respectful of all of our dog's needs and preferences. We received updates and pictures a few times a day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was having a wonderful time—especially having Jackie's dogs as playmates. She was very capable and attentive, and we felt very comfortable leaving our dog in her care. Marty is looking forward to staying at Jackie's again!
Tyler did a great job taking care of my two dogs. He played with them every day and made sure they got plenty of enrichment, and made sure to send a lot of pictures and useful updates. He was also very flexible and kind when a flight delay caused us to need to push the pick up time a lot later. I highly recommend Tyler and only have good things to say about him as a dog sitter. We would happily work with him again in the future!
