“There are not enough kind things I can say about Jackie, she took incredible care of my fur baby. My mom unexpectedly passed away and I needed to leave town on very short notice for a week. I had never used Rover before or boarded her for more than one night in the 10 years I’ve had her. I had extreme anxiety about leaving her with someone else, especially during such a vulnerable time. Jackie took the best care of her, and when I say best, I truly mean the best! Nala also has anxiety when away from me and in only one day being away I was getting pictures of her with a huge smile on her face! Jackie and her family treated Nala like she was apart of their family, and gave her lots of cuddle time too 🥰. They knew she was anxious too and did everything they could to make her comfortable. Jackie constantly stayed in contact with me with messages on how she was doing and lots of photos and videos. In 10 years, Jackie was the first person I trusted with my baby and I’m so happy I did. It allowed me to take the time I needed and gave me the piece of mind knowing my baby was being cared for as best as possible. I feel so grateful to have found her, I never would have been able to get out of town if I hadn’t. I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for someone who takes just as good of care of your fur baby as you do ❤️.”

“Jessica and Luis were very sweet and took care of our furbaby very nicely. As it was our first time onboarding we were worried intially. But Jessica and luis were in touch all the time and sending us pictures every few hours keeping us updated about our furbaby which made us feel comfortable during our vacation time. They gave so much love to our furbaby and took for good walks. We would definitely recommend them and revist in future.”

“If I could give Marilyn 10 stars I would. This is the 2nd time that Marilyn took in my dog and she went above and beyond. My dog unfortunately was having health issues and needed to be brought to urgent care. Unfortunately I was halfway across the world while this is happening. She took care of taking my dog yo urgent care TWICE!! and getting my dog to take her meds. Marilyn is a true angel and I can't thank her enough. She is a true animal lover and would highly recommend her. She was very patient and very communicative. Thank you!!”

“I can't say enough good things here about Derek. He helped me out of a huge pinch when I needed a sitter the most. My other two sitters had plans due to the holiday and Derek was able to accomodate at the last minute. He gave very clear instructions on where to bring my dog to introduce to his, and right away they were happy and playing in the back. I got pics and videos later that evening and pickup the next day was seemless. I would trust my dog anytime with him and his family, nothing but a positive experience the whole time.”

“My dog, Otis had a wonderful time here! Lauren was outstanding and had gone above and beyond to keep me informed of my dog’s day to day interactions with the other dogs he played with, his daily walks, meals, and treats. Lauren sent pictures and videos on a regular basis as well. She even gave me progressive reports of his sleep from the first day to the last. My only warning for you dog owners out there would be, your dog may not want to go home! I would definitely have Otis stay with Lauren again. If you’re not sure, just do it; you won’t regret it!”
