About: Have had dogs and cats my whole life. True animal lover who will take great care of your pet! I have also watched friends and family's pets while they were away. I am returning to my full-time job in August. I will still be available to walk after school into the early evening and then possibly some Saturday mornings. I will update my calendar. I loved doing this over the summer and I hope to continue on throughout the school year.. My cats are very spoiled and want a lot of attention. They love that I can be with them during the day. About: I love animals. I used to have three Shar Peis, which can be fairly temperamental, but I think I was their favorite walker. I've walked dogs with Wag for years and have cared for dogs ranging from tiny pups to large Anatolian Shepherds. I work from home most days, so having a dog or two in the house is not an issue. And, i don't mind sitting at other folks' homes, if the dogs are more comfortable in their own environment. I've recently fenced our backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence, so that visiting dogs will be secure during off-leash play. I live in a quiet neighborhood and there is a large park down the street, so walks can be quite lengthy, if the dog is up for it. I have a few chickens in a coop / run in the backyard. The app asks about my pets but then when I said ‘yes’ only allowed me to pick either ‘dog’ or ‘cat’ - and I couldn’t list birds so I couldn’t update it. 😕. Apparently Rover thinks there are only two kinds of animals??? Visits to the backyard are always supervised to keep everyone safe.

I was very impressed with his ability to get right to the work at hand, get the job done, and leave everything looking great. He was so fast, he had time to tackle one of two of the cats water fountains, which were also overdue for cleaning and refilling. My kitties will love that their favorite fountain is working again. “Where to begin..As everyone else mentioned, this is the first time I used this service i.e. Rover.com. I just picked up Gracie yesterday and I'm planning on booking Lori again for my next vacation. Gracie and Rocky got along famously. Lori is wonderful and kept me informed throughout my 10 day vacation. I received several pictures and almost daily updates. I STRONGLY recommend Lori...but PLEASE don't use her when I'm on vacation cause I most certainly will be using her again ;) On a side note, Gracie is a little down in the dumps today. Lori has a fenced in yard and Gracie and Rocky took advantage of all of the space and playtime!!!”
