Loves dogs, I’ll love yours too!
I love dogs and have extensive dog sitting experience. I have dogsat a variety of breeds, ages, and temperaments. I also have experience administering medicine and tending to dogs with health concerns. I work from home so every dog that comes into my house gets full and frequent attention with access to my fenced in backyard. I’m pretty active/involved with the dogs I care for, including playing fetch, taking walks, and taking trips to the dog park (and even grabbing a pup cup) if the owner permits. I send a crazy amount of pictures and updates because that is what I expect when someone is watching my own dog. I also have experience with dogs with anxiety. I have a 7 year old standard goldendoodle who loves having other dogs over, as well as a 7.5 year old Ibizan hound/ greyhound mix who is a couch potato and keeps to himself. I have a special love for sighthounds and have a lot of greyhound experience, including dog sitting through Midwest Greyhound Adoption.

We had a great experience boarding our dog with Jackie! She was very thorough and respectful of all of our dog's needs and preferences. We received updates and pictures a few times a day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was having a wonderful time—especially having Jackie's dogs as playmates. She was very capable and attentive, and we felt very comfortable leaving our dog in her care. Marty is looking forward to staying at Jackie's again!
Holly's second extended stay with Jackie was another great experience. Daily updates and photos, lots of attention and treats, and Holly even received a little holiday gift! Absolutely recommend.

Jackie took incredible care of Holly for 4 nights in June 2025, sending along tons of pictures and updates during her stay. Holly got along beautifully with Leo and Pavlov, and they even went on a few car rides together! It was evident from day 1 that Holly was well cared for and comfortable in Jackie's home.
Jackie is the best. She went above and beyond to make Bandit feel welcomed and loved. She even took the time to expertly nurse an unexpected foot injury he picked up on our trip. She’ll be our first call the next time we need a sitter in Chicago.
As always, an excellent experience. Consistently reliable, caring, and professional. Highly recommended!

Schedule
I’m active with my 2 dogs. We go on a mile long walk in the morning and evening. They play in the fenced in backyard throughout the day and we go to parks. I am happy to have another dog join the mix for the day. I work from home and can offer frequent potty breaks and plenty of attention.

Walks around the neighborhood or on a hiking trail if there is one nearby. A visit to the dog park if it’s permitted. Otherwise playtime with my pups in the fenced in backyard.
