What a wonderful sitter. She stayed true to her word on scheduling, taking care of my sweet dog, introducing her to other animals and family members in a way that kept her comfortable. Highly recommended and much appreciated for taking Sami on so many great walks. Thank you!

I have volunteered at shelters as well as taken care of senior pets and pets with well special needs. Rescued over 12 dogs through the years. I’m currently working part-time so I have lots of time to take care of the pups playtime walk time. I make sure there’s plenty of playtime and adventure adventures for the pups on a daily basis. I have a secure fenced yard and two babies to keep them company. I like to make special homemade treat treats and play in the backyard.

Nichole is a wonderful sitter!! We boarded our white Golden Retriever, Kodiak with her while we were at Wanderlust Squaw and got wonderful photos back from her! It was like leaving your dog with a professional photographer. Some of the photos we got back we are framing:) She is a kind and patient sitter and you can tell she really LOVES dogs. She also has a white Golden Retriever ("English Cream") and the two pups got along famously! We'll be using her services again if we are up that way!!

About: Since childhood, I’ve always felt most at home among nonhuman animals, and I’ll never understand humans who treat animals as less deserving of love, respect, and care. My animals are my family, and I promise to care for your animals as if they were my own. I have experience with cats and dogs of all temperaments. One of my dogs has a history of reactivity and aggression towards other dogs. I feel very comfortable managing this type of behavior using treats, ecollar, muzzle, prevention techniques, and communication with other dog-owners. I’m also experienced managing groups of dogs off leash and will work with your dog to reinforce good recall and safety behaviors (such as stopping at intersections, waiting before they go out of sight, sitting for cars, passing other dogs, etc.). I am a writer who works from home. I am available for daycare, afternoon walks & drop-ins, and select boarding for dogs who get along well with my two dogs and are good with cats. If your dog is trained off-leash, has solid recall, and is either good with other dogs or muzzle trained, I offer pack hikes and walks. I have a large fenced yard with a dog door that goes into the main living areas. My two dogs & 4 cats are onsite. Your dog must be good with cats and other dogs or be muzzle-trained to attend daycare or boarding at my home. Your dogs will get a walk or adventure during daycare (unless you prefer them not to, in which case they must be able to stay home alone for 1-2 hours either kenneled or loose without becoming destructive). To attend off-leash pack walks/hikes, your dogs must demonstrate reliable recall even when triggers are present (such as an other dogs, wildlife, cats, cars, etc.). Your dog must also have no history of aggression towards other dogs or people OR be muzzle-trained.

About: Hi! I'm Allie, and I'd love the opportunity to care for your pets while you're away. As a dog owner myself, I know how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to find someone you can trust. I treat every pet like they're part of the family and always strive to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I have my own dog, so I'm very familiar with the daily routines, exercise, patience, and attention that go into keeping pets happy and healthy. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playing fetch, belly rubs, or simply relaxing with company, I'm happy to provide the care they need. I'm dependable, communicative, and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I'm comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I take the time to learn each pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs they may have. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible—for both you and your pet. I can't wait to meet your furry family member and give them the love, attention, and care they deserve! During the week I work in an office downtown full time. I have a flexible work schedule if i need to make a lunch stop! Otherwise available before and after work and on the weekends! I make sure the home stays tidy and clean so pets don't get into anything they shouldn't. If i'm just taking them on walks, I make sure to know how they interact with other dogs and animals. Having a dog myself, it's ideal for me to watch your dog at my house that has a huge fenced in yard if your dog is friendly with other dogs. But i am flexible to stay at your place as well!

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs from small to big dogs and have stayed in a lot of homes and never had any issues. I'm working full time , so occasional drop ins to let them out and feed them when I can and then being able to stay the night will help my routine. I always try to keep my home clean and safe for all people and pets and leave my the house I'm staying in better than when I got there.

I highly recommend this dog-sitting service! They are absolutely amazing people—so understanding, caring, and professional. They kept me updated with pictures throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable knowing my dog was in great hands. I’m extremely happy with the service and the care they provided. You can truly tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the dogs they look after. 🐶❤️ I would definitely trust them to babysit my dog again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional dog sitter. They are truly the BEST! 🐾💕

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
