About: Hello! I have thoroughly enjoyed working with dogs since I was a young girl. I was privileged enough to have the opportunity to watch puppies grow up and see them through their training classes. Here I learned the basics on how to train puppies, as well as how to potty train them. Not only have I worked with puppies, but I have also had the pleasure of working with senior dogs who are closer to their end of life. I understand these dogs need to take it slower and be more careful with their bodies. I have given medications to dogs before in the form of pills, I am able to apply ointments if needed as well. My managers have had me watch their two dogs every time they go out of town for the past couple of years and I have had experience stopping by other coworkers, friends and families houses before to check in on animals and watch them for a day or two. I believe that my experience working with a large mix of dog breeds (e.g., bichon frises, terriers, corgis, golden retrievers, labs, dobermans, mastiffs and bernese mountain dogs) has given me the knowledge to know every dog is different and requires different care. I intent to give this utmost care to your animal while also showing them respect and warmth. Your animals having the most fun time and gaining a new friend will just be a plus to the excellent care I will give. I have a bit of an odd schedule where I have my mornings and afternoons free. Because of this, I am usually available from 5am-3pm and then I am available again by 9/10pm and after at nights. This allows me to take care of animals in the morning and afternoon, feed them and take them for their walks. Then by evening, I can do a nightly feeding if that is on their schedule, and play with them for a bit before they head to bed for the night. I truly believe this gives dogs a beneficial schedule of having company for most of the day and then having some alone time for the evening before receiving that company for the night again. When it comes to animals in my home (I don’t like using “pets” because they are our equals) I give them the utmost care. I usually wake up when they wake up and will take them potty first, feed after and then usually another potty after feeding. Then it is walk time, and then we rest for bit. Next comes a bit of rest and play routine where I will play with the animals if they show interest and then let them rest when they want alone time. Before I head to work for the evening, I will potty again and usually feed dinner for the day. Once I am home for the night, I potty the animal and then play for a bit until they are tired. That is when I will do my night routine. When it comes to taking care of your animals, they might not require the whole 9 yards. Whether or not that is the case, I will be able to accommodate mostly any animals routine and keep it as similar as possible to the routine mom and/or dad have them on.

About: I have over 7 years experience supervising at dog daycares and boarding facilities in Orlando, the Twin Cities and Duluth. I was also an Animal Care Officer for the city of Minneapolis where I took care of pets of all kinds. I would love to spend time with your dog(s)! I work from home so I have lots of time to take care of and spend time with your pup(s). We enjoy spending time outdoors with our dogs and going on daily walks. We have a fenced yard along with two friendly dogs, a 2 year old Golden Retriever and a Heinz 57, 25lb bundle of joy. We also have a family cat who isn’t bothered by dogs.

About: I have been working as a CNA with the majority of my time being focused on senior care for the past 2 years. I have 2 dogs at home and occasionally dog sit for my neighbors and family members. I am a college student with very flexible weekday timing! I have a bunch of random gaps in my day making it easy to stop by or a quick walk! I will not offer pet care in my home as my lease does not allow it. I am very dependable and caring towards all animals!

About: Hi there! I am an animal care specialist here in Duluth with a degree in Zoo & Conservation Science. Most importantly, I absolutely love ALL animals! I have over a decade of experience caring for my own pets at home including dogs, cats, and some farm animals! I also have 5 years of professional animal care experience in college and beyond. I am experienced at caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and energy levels. Handling more than one dog on walks or sittings is also easy peasy! My specialized training enables me to safely administer medicine and I have an eagle eye when it comes to monitoring health issues. Pets are an important part of the family and I do not take that lightly! I am prepared to handle any weather Duluth throws my way! With my skills reading animal emotions/behavior combined with my genuine love for animals, you can know your pet will have a FURTASTIC time with me! I work full time (Thursday-Monday) but I’m happy to stop by for quick visits on my lunch break if necessary! I have 2 consecutive days off (Tuesday & Wednesday) if your pet needs more attentive care. I am very comfortable crating, putting on leashes/harnesses, feeding/watering, medicating, and whatever else is needed to care for your pet. I am renting so I cannot care for pets in my own home unfortunately.

About: I'm an experienced dog walker and pet sitter of all species. I have two dogs of my own, and I have many years of pet sitting experience. I am a student, but I am still able to drop in to take care of pets multiple times a day, morning, noon, and night. I am very gentle with pets and can always assure that they are safe in their homes, whether that is locking doors, keeping fences closed, or keeping pets from getting loose.

About: I have never lived without having both a dog and a cat in my house. Current residents include 2 dogs and 2 cats, but my family has fostered cats/kittens for about 8 years and dogs/puppies for about 5. I have taken care of neighbor's pets for both drop-in visits and extended care periods. I am currently in Graduate School and missing my animals so I would love to come visit yours!! I'm currently taking classes for my Graduate program on weekdays and I would love to use pet care as a break from homework in the evenings or weekends! I have experience with animals with many different personalities, and I have developed the skill to adjust my approach to each pet to match what they need from a caretaker. About: I’ve had cats my entire life and have dog-sat for numerous friends and family. I truly love animals and always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m reliable, attentive, and will treat your pets like family. I am currently a student at UMD and work part time ag the daycare at the YMCA. Currently only have one in person class so would love to fill my time with animals! About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I grew up with long haired dachshunds. I have also owned labs, a Dalmatian, huskies, you name it. I love big cuddly dogs the most, but will love up on the smallest to the biggest dog the same. I also have a big heart for senior pets. I am pretty flexible with my ability to do drop in care with cats and dogs. I have the ability to stop in during the days, evenings and weekends. I can do dog walking as well. I would love to do house sitting when my schedule allows. When I go to someone's home to care for their pet I will treat it as though it is my own pet, which is with the utmost care, kindness and love. I have a huge heart for all living beings including animals and humans. I am highly responsible, and responsive.

About: I’ve taken care of my brothers pitbull and my mom’s Argentinian dogo on and off for the last six years and I love it! I’ve always loved taking care of animals, in a different life I would have been a vet! I’m new to the are and moved here to be a co manager at a clothing store. I’m hoping to fill my extra time with taking care of furry family members! I work full time as a manager at a clothing store, but have two days off during the week and usually time before or after a shift to help as well. I can only help animals in the home of their own parents, but can follow instructions and will do anything to help and take care of your pet.

About: I've lived with dogs off an on my whole life. I have experience walking, crating, training, feeding, mild grooming and administering meds. I love dogs and cats equally! I work most weekdays 8-4. My job has many days off plus school breaks so I'm available those days as well. My cats at home need insulin shots twice a day so I need to be able to go home when needed.
