About: I recently moved to Duluth and while I'm loving settling into a new place, I'm desperately missing the time I used to spend with my parents' dogs (a golden retriever and a yellow lab). I was always around dogs growing up, as many as two or three in the house at a time sometimes, and still take advantage of any chance I can get to spend time around dogs - big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, young dogs, any dogs! I have two cats of my own - I've moved around a lot the last several years and some of the places I lived were better suited for cats than dogs, otherwise I'd have a dog as well by this point. I commute two days a week to teach at a community college on the Iron Range, leaving my Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays-Sundays very free and flexible. I'd love to help you take care of your little loves (cats or dogs - or any other pets, really, if you're willing to teach me a bit about it!) whenever you find yourself in a spot where you can't be in two places at once or need the extra set of hands! I teach at a college on the Iron Range on Tuesdays and Thursdays - outside of some travel to see family back in Grand Rapids, my Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends are very open at the moment. I have my own vehicle and can get around easily - I'm also more than happy to transport dogs to walking trails in my own vehicle. I'm currently renting a smaller apartment that would make any visits in my own home difficult to manage, but I live close to various walking trails and love to spend time out on them. Spending quality time with animals is something that I find deeply comforting - I truly enjoy being near animals when I'm doing anything (reading, working, walking, whatever). I go above and beyond for my own cats and would treat your pets as my own. About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. I don’t have any special skills such as pet training, just really good with dogs. I am a full time nurse and I’m off every other week. I would love to take/walk dogs on my weeks off. I have always had a dog in my family. I’d love to hang out with your furry friends! I have two big loving dogs to keep yours company. We will spend a lot of time outside hiking and going for walks! About: I am currently working towards a bachelor's in Animal Behavior and Welfare, as interacting with animals and learning about them is a passion of mine. I greatly enjoy learning to care for them and then doing so. The degree im working towards is focused on the care of animals while educating the public about them. I grew up with a dog and have had many small animals as pets throughout my life, rodents, fish, insects, arachnids, frogs, etc. Currently I have 3 reptiles and two cats. Willow-Wisp, and Boiled-Egg are my cats. My corn snake is Copper, Blue Tongued Skink is Little-Dude, and Tripod is my leopard gecko. Both Boiled-Egg and Tripod have medical conditions that require at home management and care which has given me some skills in caring for animals with disabilities. They are not the only animal I have history caring for with medical issues either. Many of my experience with pets has been rescue pets, and I have had plenty practice and patience regarding them and behaviors post trauma. I am more than willing to learn about your pets needs and help medical or otherwise. I am currently focusing on college and have plenty of time to help care for your animals. The only day I will be unavailable is Sunday. I have a fenced in yard and half the house closes off by doors so the cats will not interact with your animals unless you are comfortable with it. Depending on your animals preferance I can ensure that I spend time with them or give them the space to feel comfortable and settle in. Any and all expectations set regarding their care and what food, toys, or treats they are allowed will of course be followed. I may have treats of my own I could offer them but will only do so with your approval and in amounts you allow. I do haveextra food and water bowels if you would prefer to use those rather than bringing your own. In the case something awful were to happen I have experience bringing animals to emergency.

No matter what I’m doing—they’re at my feet or on my lap. My cat moo comes on hikes with me! I enjoy getting fur babies out of the house into the world. About: I have over 7 years experience supervising at dog daycares and boarding facilities in Orlando, the Twin Cities and Duluth. I was also an Animal Care Officer for the city of Minneapolis where I took care of pets of all kinds. I would love to spend time with your dog(s)! I work from home so I have lots of time to take care of and spend time with your pup(s). We enjoy spending time outdoors with our dogs and going on daily walks. About: I've grown up with dogs ever since I can remember, though I only lived with one in my teens! I helped care for him through the last of his late years up until he passed, so I also have experience with caring for seniors and those with mobility issues. I've also had experience caring for multiple cats at a time for 4 years. If they're furry, I'll most definitely want to pet them! I currently work full time at a cafe with flexible hours, so if you are in need of an extra early or extra late drop-in, I'll be able to help out there! I can also do mid-day check-ins as well. I am coming into their space, after all. Making sure I leave the home tidy after a play session is important as well!

About: I have taken care of my family dogs and cats since I was young. I got my own dog at 17, raising him as a new puppy. I also cared for my lab as he was getting ready to pass. About: I absolutely adore all animals. My daughters and I have 5 cats and 1 dog. I will take care of your animals as if they were my own, sometimes with the assistance of my 13 year old - as long as you’re okay with it! The animals love her, and she does a great job! If I’m available, I’m always willing to help with your pet and accommodate whatever needs they may have, whether it be a drop-in visit, a walk, or the occasional overnight. They ran around with other dogs in the big fenced in back yard and then had lots of snuggles on the couch.
