About: I’ve had both cats and dogs as pets pretty much my entire life! I’m currently in school, but back home I have two dogs, Charlie and Ella! Additionally, I have been pet sitting on and off for the past 6 years with experience caring for cats and dogs of all sizes from french bulldogs up to golden retrievers! We were so very lucky to have Jennifer take care of our baby Tucker. Even though he just turned 12, he is extremely friendly and cuddly, and needs lots of love. Jennifer fit the Bill completely not only did she take such excellent care of his food needs. She also took the time to pet him rub his belly and play with him which was essential, along with being fed. Jennifer also did extra things for us while we were gone, like collect our mail and take care of my plants. which she did not have to do. She kept the litter box extra clean as well.
Danielle provided excellent and loving care to our French Bulldog and Labradoodle. The dogs loved her and seemed genuinely happy to see her. She was on time for the 3 visits in one day, played with them and took great photos. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly trustworthy person to take care of your pets.
Meghana did an excellent job looking after our three cats while we were out of town. She sent lots of pictures everyday and did everything we asked her to. We would definitely recommend her to others and we would absolutely book her again the next time we go out of town.
Erica was so great with our kitties while we were away. She had come over to meet them and go over care instructions before we left, so we felt comfortable knowing they were going to be well taken care of. She sent daily pictures and updates, which helped keep us in the loop on how they were doing. One of our kitties had a birthday while we were away and Erica went above and beyond to celebrate her, which meant the world as a pet parent! We will definitely be asking for her help again next time we need help caring for our cats.
Ashley was fantastic with our three older dogs over the long weekend! Taking care of senior pups can be a lot to manage, but she handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. Her communication was great, and we returned home to happy, well-cared-for dogs. We’re so grateful to have found such a reliable, compassionate sitter and would definitely book Ashley again!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
