About: I worked at a kennel for a year growing up and consistently volunteered at animal friends. In Pittsburgh I had a small pet sitting business within my neighborhood. I have taken care of dogs, cats, reptiles, hedgehogs, guinea pigs and birds. I’m between jobs currently so I have a lot of availible time. Erica was so great with our kitties while we were away. She had come over to meet them and go over care instructions before we left, so we felt comfortable knowing they were going to be well taken care of. She sent daily pictures and updates, which helped keep us in the loop on how they were doing. One of our kitties had a birthday while we were away and Erica went above and beyond to celebrate her, which meant the world as a pet parent! We will definitely be asking for her help again next time we need help caring for our cats.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
