About: I have taken care of dogs for over 20 years- I am great with all breeds and have a knack for training puppies (and older dogs too!) I am working from home and live right along a beautiful pet friendly park! I go on walks and runs throughout the day so love taking pups out with me! I ensure dogs are well taken care of and have experience administering different medications to dogs (including allergy injections) and following dietary restrictions or other needs. I show a lot of love and affection to pups and will keep them occupied and hopefully burn some of their energy playing and going on walks/runs!

She has a really cute ground level apartment right next to the Ballston Commons, and it has access to a fenced in shared yard for bathroom breaks. Daisy takes a moment to warm up to new people, but she quickly befriended Amanda and it took some effort when I came to pick her up to get Daisy to leave her curled up spot on the couch next to Amanda. ❣️. I'm so happy to have found a good Rover daycare sitter and will definitely be booking with Amanda again!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and volunteered at a local animal shelter during high school and college. I was responsible for training my family’s dogs (lab mix and goldendoodle) basic commands as well as potty training and crate training. I also have prior experience dog sitting for neighbors and friends. I recently moved away from my family and am definitely missing doggy love! About: I am a pet lover. I grew up in a home with many pets including dogs and cats and have always had a special connection to animals. I love going on long walks and heading to the dog park when the weather is nice. I am here to help you care for your pet the best way possible. I'll always listen to special instructions and will show your pet the love and attention as if they were my own. I have a flexible schedule and am able to do "drop-in visits" and "rover now" walks during most week days when many walkers are unavailable. I am in the office two days a week, Tuesdays and a flex day. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! **I cannot accept pets that get into plants as I have a few not pet safe plants at home** **For house sitting you must be ok with my dog Buddy coming with me and staying at your house as well.** I work from home 3 days a week and am home most weekends! I too Iove middle of the day walks and all day hangs! I am in a pet friendly building that is super close to Rock Creek for longer walks. My home is child free, and smoke free. I do have a senior beagle mix I adopted from a family member who could not bring him with for an overseas move who is a full time pet at the home.
