About: Hi! I took a break from pet sitting but I am so excited to be back! I love all kinds of animals! I have patience for those animals that may be timid or nervous. I can work with training or to just give an opportunity for exercise. I am up for anything! Dogs have become a passion of mine, and I am here to help you take care of your furry friend. They are precious companions and deserve a life where they are loved and paid attention to. That's what I am here for! I can help both your furry friend and help you by providing services and to love on your pet. It can be worry-some to hand your companion over to another so I am here to alleviate that stress. I am between jobs so I have lot of time for walks, play, stimulation etc. Your pet's health and well-being is my priority. I am happy to take your pet on any walks. There are plenty of trails around the Arlington area that are pet friendly. I am happy to play with your pet and give them lots of love!

About: I have pet-sat for people in my neighborhood for around 10 years. I have watched dogs of all ages and sizes and am flexible with the amount of times you want me to come/what type of care you need for your pets! I can do overnight or drop-in walks! References are available upon request!! I work from home most weekdays and am available on weekends, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pets! I’m available for drop-in visits and dog walks on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and throughout the weekend. I also offer overnight and extended pet sitting, whether that means staying in your home or stopping by multiple times a day. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, have a 2.5 y/o dog of my own and have fostered several dogs. I love all dogs and am very enthusiastic to get to know yours and put the time in to their care that you would. I will never give them less attention than they deserve. I have my own dog who I have trained from a puppy and am happy to enforce all household training and rules. My schedule is flexible and can ensure plenty of walks and potty breaks. I do work in person but have the ability to stop by at lunch times and other hours as needed. I have access to many green spaces and am very happy to take dogs on long walks/runs off the street in controlled environments. I have experience with reactive dog and keep them and everyone safe.

About: I’ve jumped at every opportunity to take care of friend’s and family members’ dogs since I was in elementary school! I’ve taken care of dogs with varying medical needs and across a range of breeds. I truly find any time spent with animals a gift, and I’m excited to begin my journey on Rover and help take care of yours. I am a teacher on summer break, so my availability is more than usual! I can walk dogs or drop in between 9:30 am and 12 pm or between 2:30 pm and 7 pm. However, beginning the last week of August, I will only be available after 4 pm due to my full-time job. I aim to begin fostering animals soon, but my residence is currently pet free, so I’ll have time to focus on your fur babies! I have experience with dogs across a spectrum of needs and have experience orally providing medication. As a teacher and dog-lover, I am patient and will work to create a safe environment that is attuned to the needs of your pet(s).

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for many years, and each experience has taught me how to be patient, loving, and responsible. I looked after my sweet poodle for 17 years, especially when she grew older and developed Alzheimer’s. It was a challenging time, but I cared for her with all my heart. I also helped care for dogs adopted by my family. My elderly aunt adopted a street dog named Fred, and since she couldn’t manage walks and vet visits on her own, I was the one who took care of him. Later, my grandmother adopted another rescue named Bruce, and I became his main walking companion because of her limited mobility. Currently, I live with my host family, and they have a wonderful rescue dog named Rosie. Whenever they travel, I’m fully responsible for her care — from walks to cuddles — and she has truly become my best friend. These experiences taught me how to adapt to the unique needs of each dog, whether they’re seniors, rescues, or playful companions. I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved. I currently have a very flexible routine, which allows me to adapt easily to your pet’s needs. I can adjust my schedule to make sure they’re cared for and happy. When caring for pets, my priority is always their safety and comfort. I make sure to follow their usual routines, from feeding and walks to playtime and rest, so they feel secure and at ease. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs, and I’m always careful with doors, leashes, and surroundings during walks. Whether in my client’s home or with a pet I’m sitting, I treat their space with respect and keep everything clean and organized. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home, so I do everything with responsibility and care.

About: I love pets because I cherish the special bond between a human and a pet even when none of them speak the same language :) I have had a cat for 8 years and could watch friends dogs for over a year I really enjoy walking with a dog because it makes me feel zen and happy! I currently have a part time and remote job, so I have a flexible schedule. I can easily plan my day around walks, feeding, and spending time with pets. About: I grew up always taking care of my Labrador Retrievers! I’d be the primary care taker since I was home before my parents, so I’d be responsible for feeding and taking them outside. I’m currently in school full time at GWU, but I only have classes 3 days/ week, so I’m looking for something to fill my time. I am home almost all afternoons, evenings and weekends. I live in an apartment building on an end unit which is surrounded by a quiet, very friendly and walkable neighborhood. Depending on the service, I’d be able to and happy to bring dogs on long walks around our neighborhood.

About: Growing up I always owned animals as I love all kinds of animals from big to small. It was always my dream to own a dog or a cat and ever since getting my very first dog in middle school, I learned a lot about what it takes to give love and handle an animal with care and attention. I would love to take care of your animal just as if it were my own as I own a cat myself and am fostering cats when I can. I am also an active volunteer for the rescue organization here in nova called 4paws. I believe that all animals deserve the best. I have several years of experience taking care of animals/pets and will follow any specific needs that your pet requires. I will promise to go above and beyond for your pet to make sure that you and your pet are more than happy! I currently take care of my cat at home. I work from home as well so I have plenty of time to drop in for visits or walks. I enjoy volunteering at the shelter when I have time and doing Rover requests as I get them. I provide a lot of toys and cat trees at home for my own cat and will make sure your pet is provided all of their needs.
