“Leila came to my rescue w/ my last minute request for doggy daycare today. She responded quickly and made my Zoe feel so welcome at drop off. Zoe did not want to leave when I picked her up, which is a first. Leila is a dog whisperer! Thank you for your kindness and the adorable photos. Immediately had peace of mind knowing Zoe was in great care w/ a loving sitter. My girl Zoe can be a bit high maintenance but Leila never made me feel like an inconvenience. I highly recommend Leila to care for your fur baby.”

About: Hi! I’m a dog lover with a friendly Samoyed who absolutely loves having other dogs around. If your pup enjoys playtime, they’ll have a built-in best friend here! I provide a safe, loving, and attentive environment where your dog will be treated like family. Whether it’s walks, play sessions, or just relaxing at home, I make sure each dog gets the attention and care they need based on their personality and routine. I’m very mindful about introductions and always prioritize safety and comfort, especially for new dogs. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have—feeding schedules, crate routines, medications, or anything else that helps your pup feel at home. You can expect regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your dog is in a happy, caring environment. My days are structured, active, and fun (with plenty of downtime too!). I start bright and early with outdoor playtime and walks between 6–9am while it’s still cool and calm outside. Around midday, we’ll spend another hour playing or head out on a little adventure depending on the weather. In the afternoons (4–7pm), it’s playtime again—our favorite game is catching wiffle balls in the backyard! I work from home so your dog will get constant supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I have a relaxed schedule that allows me to be very present and flexible with each dog’s needs. (I occasionally go into the office on Tuesdays, but otherwise we’re home full-time.) My home is very dog-safe and puppy-proofed (I’ve designed it this way for our own pup), and I’m extremely mindful about safety. There is no access to unsafe or human food, and I maintain a clean, controlled environment at all times. I’m happy to follow your exact routine—feeding schedules, crate training, medications, or anything else that helps your dog feel comfortable. I also have an XL crate available if your pup prefers or requires one.
“Alexis & Katie were amazing hosts to our pup! He can be nervous when left with new people, but by the end of the day he was curled up on their laps. They were so nice and accommodating - would certainly book again!”

“Chang took wonderful care of Zoe! I really appreciated the updates and photos. Zoe looked very comfortable with her. I will definitely book with Chang again!”

“Haley was a real lifesaver for us. We had a very last-minute request due to an emergency and needed someone we could trust with our senior dog, and Haley agreed to watch him without hesitation. She took great care of him and gave us real peace of mind during a stressful situation. She was also very flexible with our pickup time, which we really appreciated. We’re incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Amy saved the day for my chiweenie, Willar and I. Her pup Winston is a such a cute little guy and very mild mannered. “Stephanie did a great job with Loki. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. She made sure that Loki was comfortable and addressed any concerns I had. I would be happy to book with her again!”

“Penny had a fantastic time at daycare at Yulia's place. Yulia sent me pictures of her enjoying herself with the other dogs, and at the end of the day, Penny was clearly happy and tired out from all the playing. Yulia's place is wonderful, and perfectly suited to caring for dogs. I look forward to having Penny stay with her again soon.”

“Forrest & Stephanie were amazing! They really welcomed our dog, Beignet, into their family for the day. They updated us with pictures throughout the day & Beignet was a happy pup!”

About: I have over 6 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, including regular long-term clients who trust me with daily routines, walks, feeding, and basic training. “We found Mac on Rover and connected based on tremendous reviews for doggy daycare. Mac is outside awaiting Keely’s arrival each morning, takes her on nice walks, and communicates well with us and our varying pick-up times in the afternoon. Keely knows the name “Mac” after just one week and is so happy at morning drop off. We are thrilled with the time and attention Mac provides for Keely!”

North Highland dog parents share their Rover experiences
Christina took care of my pug Ollie over Easter, and I had a great experience. She was punctual for both dropoff and pickup, and her communication was always quick. What impressed me most was how attentive she was. Ollie is dog-friendly but can sometimes be a bit much with very playful dogs, so I try to limit those interactions. Christina handled this perfectly by taking him to her apartment’s dog park only when no other dogs were around, so he could still enjoy playing fetch safely. When Ollie came home, he was clearly very happy and in a great mood. During pickup, Christina also gave me a very detailed update about his day which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Christina. She is by far one of the most attentive and detail-oriented sitters I’ve ever met!

We had a great experience with Diana; it was our first time leaving our puppy in a different place and with other people. By the end of the day, Koda was grateful for the affection and care he received from Diana's family, and we were also very pleased with the care they provided him.

Paige was absolutely wonderful with Oreo! If you know anything about separation anxiety, you know it takes a special kind of patience and attentiveness, and Paige delivered that in spades. She kept us updated with photos and check-ins throughout the stay, which honestly put our minds at ease more than we expected. Oreo looked happy, relaxed, and totally at home. We never had to wonder how she was doing because Paige was always one step ahead. We will 100% be booking with her again. Oreo approves!

We want to thank you both for your wonderful care during our first trial day. We could see he had a great time and really likes you both. Especially, we appreciated your following our instructions regarding his water intake. Since he often forgets to drink when he is around other dogs, we were so pleased to see that when he came home, he only drank a little bit rather than gulping down a whole dish of water. We are so happy to find you as his dog sitter. Thank you and see you again!

Haley was a real lifesaver for us. We had a very last-minute request due to an emergency and needed someone we could trust with our senior dog, and Haley agreed to watch him without hesitation. She took great care of him and gave us real peace of mind during a stressful situation. She was also very flexible with our pickup time, which we really appreciated. We’re incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
