About: I’ve always been a lover of pets and animals since I can remember. I’ve been heavily included in the training and care processes of all of my pets, so I’ve had experience from a young age. I work full time from home, so I’m available before 9 am or after 5 pm during the week with a break from 12-1 that I am willing to work during as well. I am typically fully open during the weekend. About: Whether you need assistance with walking, drop-ins, or at-home care- I am excited for it all! I have been around animals my whole life growing up on a farm, and have great love for our furry (and not so furry) best friends. I am comfortable administering medications and am happy to transport pets in an emergency or if we are going on a “field trip”. In my heart, the bigger the pup the better, but I enjoy all dogs’ company and have had them ranging from chi-mixes up thru GWPs. With cats, I am experienced in assisting with kitting, and have bottle-fed orphaned kits. I currently have a dog who is cat, dog, and miscellaneous pet-friendly, and he has assisted me in caring for a number of dogs and cats. If you would prefer I not bring him to your home, let’s talk about it and see if I can still meet your pet care needs! I work part-time as a mobile pet groomer, so I have plenty of time to drop in throughout the day to spend time with your pets or take them on a walk. Irregardless of service booked, I am happy to communicate with you as much or as little as you would like about how things are going (bathroom descriptors/ images, eating details, behavior/stress responses, etc) and will take plenty of photos to send you! My camera roll is already 90% animals, so what is a few (hundred) more pictures 😆 Service Specific: Pet Sitting (in your home): If you would like me to stay at your home with your pet, I will clarify that I have a dog of my own who is extremely well behaved and has sat all of my cat and dog clients with me. I never leave pets unattended/ unsupervised together, and for times when I leave your home, I will crate or take my dog with me to ensure pet safety, though there is zero history of aggression. Pet Sitting (in my home): Currently not offering Drop Ins: For drop in visits, I am happy to bring or leave my dog- if your pet enjoys playing with other dogs and they pass the friendship-vibe check, then I am totally in support of having a drop in be a play date. Otherwise, I can spend whatever your requested amount of time is petting, brushing, feeding, walking, or cuddling with your pet- whatever you think they need or that they tell me! Walks: If your pet is dog-friendly, the more the merrier! I am comfortable walking up to 3 dogs at a time, and have often taken clients on walks with my dog. Yana is fantastic with our two pups. She prioritizes them while she stays and sends lots of pictures. She walks the pup that wants a walk, and is very communicative if anything is even just a little off. She also handles medicine and taking care of the pups even if they are in a cone/need some extra love. We highly recommend Yana if you’re in need of someone!
Tetiana and her husband were wonderful house and pet sitters. They stayed at our house and took care of everything. (Dog, aquarium, mail, plants) We have a dog that is very anxious and Tetiana took great care of her. She sent pictures and videos daily and was quick to respond if I had any questions. Chelsie was awesome with our 2 pups! We were across the country for 4 nights & had complete confidence in the care that was being given to our dogs. Chelsie was responsive and sent daily updates with pictures. Our pups can be a little high maintenance (one is reactive & the other is very playful) but she didn’t mind at all.
