“Words cannot adequately capture how superb James was. I had so much anxiety leaving my babies to take a vacation, but it’s clear I had nothing to worry about with James. He was kind, caring, and attentive to the intricacies of managing my four pets. I’ve had a lot of people pet sit in the past, including friends and family, but nobody has done it better than James. I cannot recommend him highly enough!”

“Being able to have Ella check in on our dog was a major relief on such short notice. Our main concern was that he would be lonely and Ella was kind enough to spend some time on the couch with him while she studied. We will definitely reach out to her again! Thanks Ella.”

“Lily has been sitting our cats for many short & lengthy periods for three years now. Lily is wonderful - - I recommend her highly! Always reliable and conscientious, she is invariably pleasant, easy to communicate with, and easy to reach. Most importantly, she clearly loves & understands animals. Our cats love her!”

“Emma went above and beyond for us and our two dogs! She was responsible and communicative; giving us peace of mind while we were away. I would highly recommend Emma and appreciate knowing we have a patient, knowledgeable and flexible care giver to rely on. Thanks Emma!”

“Looked after my kitties very well . Good hygiene . No smell in the house . Litter boxes were looked after and kept me updated with photos . I am very happy with rose and recommend her as well !”

“In record time, Marna won over our socially hesitant older dog, and took excellent care of him. From meeting one, he seemed to sense her calming presence and responded to her positively. Usually, he'll bark and hide from someone new. It was great to see! Thank you, Marna!”

“Katie took great care of our pup when we were out of town. It was obvious during the meet and greet that she’s very knowledgeable with dog care, and the photos from her time with our dog show a very happy pet!”

“Matthew did a great job with our dogs. He took them out on walks and took great pictures for us to see. He also gave them treats and was good to them. He had 3 dogs to deal with over the time and they all seemed happy with him. Great dog sitter who I would definitely use again!”

“We highly recommend Maggie and we will be having her care for our pets again in the future! Maggie took great care of our three cats. We appreciated the way she gave us timely updates about each cat and made sure they ate and drank. The cats seemed to really enjoy having Maggie stop in to visit. She was flexible and communicative throughout! Really made us feel at ease while we were away.”

“Hannah was super cool and chill. We have anxious cats who do not like when we travel—Hannah clearly did well because they were both super calm and friendly when we got back. She sent lots of pictures and overall did really great. 10/10 for cat rating.”

“Briana took excellent care of our diabetic cat! She really went above and beyond, playing with him and giving him affection, and is one of only 2 sitters who have successfully been able to administer insulin injections.”

“Jess took great care of my 2 kitties when I was away. I got a daily photo with a cute snuggle picture of my friendly cat. It felt good to know they were so well cared for.”

About: My first job was at Mainely Dog, a doggy daycare where I fed and entertained groups of dogs-all sizes and personalities. I’ve grown up with many dogs in my family. We also fostered and took in dogs with behavioral difficulties, even had up to 5 dogs at once so I’m used to handling multiple dogs at a time! My dream has always been to own my own business to help and love animals. I can’t wait to meet your pups! I currently work a part time job where I work 3-4 days a week from 4:30-10:30 so I am available the rest of those days and my days off. I am attentive and can keep your pets safe whether that’s in your home or outside in the yard. When out on walks, I am skilled at reading your dog and other dog’s ability to interact in a safe environment from my experience at the doggy daycare.
About: I have my own mini dachshund who I care for full time! I love her more than anything! i’ve have had both a cat and dog my whole life as well as caring for others dogs and cats throughout the past few years. I would love to help you out with your furry friends☺️ I help my family by walking, feeding and playing with my dog and feeding, emptying the kitty-litter and playing with our cat and have been helping as long as I can remember I’m willing to spend the night or just a few trips throughout the day to help clients out with pet care anytime throughout the week!
“Aphtyn is amazing! I have a very shy, fearful dog and she took the time to come meet him and let him get comfortable at his own pace. She Sent pictures and updates with each visit. 100000/10 would recommend!”

“Chrissie is exactly who you want taking care of your pests when you can’t. I had a dog sitter cancel last minute before a trip and decided to try Rover. Well, I hit the jackpot! She is very kind, thorough, dedicated and goes above and beyond if needed. I completely trust her with my animals and in my home. I’d give her 10 starts if I could.”
