“Jamie was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Pete, over the Christmas holiday. Not only was she great with Pete, but she also navigated a big snow storm and power outage with ease. We felt so at ease knowing that she was holding down the fort when we were out of state. She is a great communicator, left the house in immaculate condition, and even gave Pete a handmade Christmas stocking! We'd love to have her back.”

“Sergey is a wonderful, kind man and took excellent care of our home and pets while we were out of town. Our cat needs a pill and a inhaler and he was completely unbothered. Will absolutely book with him again.”

“Sara did a wonderful job caring for our fur kids. Our dogs are elderly and she was able to administer all of their required medications and feeding needs. She kept the house spotless. She is a top notch communicator and provided several photos and updates on our dogs’ activities. We are truly thankful for her help and flexibility, especially given our request was last minute. We highly recommend her! Thanks Sara!!”

About: Longtime dog lover and owner, current parent of a 9-year-old Siberian Husky service dog whom I trained to myself. I love dogs of all sizes and shapes and personalities and I can't wait to meet all the wonderful furkids that I'll be looking after in the future. I'm always telling people "I may have trouble remembering your name, but I will always remember your pet's name." Though I am small in stature I'm actually quite strong and can handle large/muscular dogs (and the occasional feral cat when necessary), because I just know how to move with them/guide them. I'm also not intimidated by aggressive behavior in animals, nor do I meet it with aggression in return. I always try to calm the animal and figure out the issue, putting myself between them and anyone/anything that might upset them further. I have a personality/presence that dogs seem to love, from the timid to the social, the calm to the active. I'm a fast walker, so your dog will certainly get a workout they'll love as they keep pace with me, but I can also meander when needed for the older dogs and fumbling puppies. I have experience doing basic grooming for dogs: bathing, brushing, shaving away mats, clipping nails, trimming the fur between pawpads, brushing teeth, and cleaning ears. I do not have experience doing "style" cuts for dogs. I know snake pet care as well, so feel free to inquire if you need someone to look after your danger noodle! Pet care is my primary work focus right now as I work through completing my online schooling towards getting my degree and Vet Tech licence. I have a backyard for your dog to play in alongside my very friendly Husky. It's not fenced in, but I keep a spare long-lead on-hand, same kind as I use for my girl, for guest dogs. If your dog is an especially strong one please let me know and I'll make sure to have an lead appropriate for your dogs weight strength available. Inside the house is dog-friendly and spacious, and I can crate your dog if needed. My dog is allowed on the couch and my bed, so do let me know if those are no-go areas for your dog. If your cat likes outside time I can provide walks and/or put them out in the backyard on the spare long-lead.
“Stephanie was great! She was a huge help when another sitter cancelled last minute. She took great care of our dog and home and communicated well through the experience. We would definitely re-book with her if ever needed! Thank you, Stephanie!”

“We’re starting to think our dogs might like Jonas more than us 🤣. As always, our minds were at ease thanks to Jonas’ great care of our pups and frequent updates. We’re so lucky to have found you.”

“Kayla is amazing! She did such a great job taking care of my stubborn dog and was very respectful of my home while staying there! She sent lots of pictures and updates and did great with his heath issues! I would recommend Kayla for anyone looking for a trusting companion for their pets. I hope Kayla will be available for Bronx’s needs in the future because I would book her again in a heartbeat!”

“I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough! Leaving my high-needs, anxious dog for a work trip is always a source of stress, but Ryan completely put my mind at ease. From our initial meet-and-greet, it was clear that Ryan is not only a true animal lover but also incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My dog requires a lot of extra attention and can be quite nervous with new people, but Ryan handled him with such a calm and confident demeanor. I received regular updates, including photos that showed my dog was not just being cared for, but was comfortable in Ryan's hands. This consistent communication was invaluable and allowed me to focus on my work knowing Oliver was okay. Ryan went above and beyond to alleviate his anxiety and let him have the space he need to feel comfortable. I returned home to a happy, relaxed dog, which is the best indicator of the excellent care he received. In addition, the house was spotless which is always nice to return home too. If you're looking for a pet sitter who is reliable, compassionate, and truly understands how to care for anxious or high-needs pets, Ryan is absolutely the one to choose.”

“From the moment Isabelle met our dog Maizie I knew that she was in good hands. Isabelle was kind and loving to to our animals and took great care of them as well as our house. She befriended the shyest of our cats which says a lot. We returned to happy pets and a house that looked just as we had left it. She also sent us many pictures while we were away. We are so grateful for such loving, competent care and will definitely use her again if she is available.”

“We are so happy with the care, attention and communication we got from Elizabeth! She was comfortable handling our 3, sometimes rowdy, pups and sent frequent pics and updates. We will definitely request her again! Top notch!!”

“Lily took good care of our Jerry while we traveled. She followed our instructions and managed the tasks for the house while making sure Jerry's schedule was maintained. She responded quickly to our messages and left our place neat & tidy!”

“Extremely professional and knowledgeable pet/house sitter. Our dog didn't even miss us! House spotless upon return. Excellent communication throughout 10 day sit. Would definitely use again.”

“Celine was a very gracious sitter, taking her time with our pets and giving them the patience they needed while we were out of town. It was our first time having someone sit over and she's set the bar extremely high! Thank you again, Celine!”

About: My first job was at Mainely Dog, a doggy daycare where I fed and entertained groups of dogs-all sizes and personalities. I’ve grown up with many dogs in my family. We also fostered and took in dogs with behavioral difficulties, even had up to 5 dogs at once so I’m used to handling multiple dogs at a time! My dream has always been to own my own business to help and love animals. I can’t wait to meet your pups! I currently work a part time job where I work 3-4 days a week from 4:30-10:30 so I am available the rest of those days and my days off. I am attentive and can keep your pets safe whether that’s in your home or outside in the yard. When out on walks, I am skilled at reading your dog and other dog’s ability to interact in a safe environment from my experience at the doggy daycare.
“Megan stayed with our dog, Margot, and was excellent. Our dog can be unfriendly to other dogs and Megan followed our instructions to a tee! I can’t recommend her enough. Margot was happy and healthy when we returned and Megan was communicative with photos throughout the stay. So happy we booked Megan!”

“Sarah is wonderful! She stayed overnight with my dog for several days. She was very attentive to my dog’s needs and energy level. She took her for long walks and to the dog park to run. She sent many photos and updates. I highly recommend!”

“Amy did an excellent job watching our dog Buddy and our home. She was very thoughtful with her questions during the meet and greet and very responsive throughout. Our house looked great when we got home. I would highly recommend”

“It was great to have John stay in our house and watch our dear Dora for a week while we were out of town. He kept us in the loop throughout the stay and was a great guest and dog sitter.”

Hope did so well with our cat! I’m so glad that we came across her. Hope communicated well, sent lots of pictures and updates, brought in some mail for us, and made sure our cat was well taken care of. You can tell that she “gets” cats. It was clear that our cat felt comfortable and at ease with her, which really helped us feel at ease while we were away! We would definitely hire Hope to stay with our cat again and highly recommend her as a pet sitter.
