I work a very flexible job, so all I ask is that we coordinate care with 3 to 5 days notice. We will make it work! I currently work part-time, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I’m available throughout the week and on weekends, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime routine. If your pet has a specific schedule, just let me know and I’ll do my best to keep things consistent while you’re away. I’ll follow the routine and house rules you already have in place, including feeding instructions, medications, walks, crates, gates, and anything else your pet needs. I’m careful about doors, leashes, and introductions, and I’m always happy to ask questions if something isn’t clear. I’ll also keep you updated, respect your home, and leave things as clean as I found them.

About: If begging my parents for a dog since birth counts, I’ve been a dog lover for 50+ years. In terms of actual pet ownership, I’ve owned and loved my cats and dogs for the past 25+ years. In addition to having my own fur family, I’ve also happily sat or walked my friends and families. I’m heading into retirement and will have oodles of time to keep your pets company while you’re at work or taking a fabulous vacation. I’m available for house sitting at any time. And currently available for dog walking Friday though Monday. In a few months, my dog walking schedule will free up to 3-4 days during the week. I keep doors, gates, and other escape routes secure, maintain a clean environment, and make sure pets have access to fresh water, food, and a comfortable place to rest. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life—from Cavapoos to Corgis to Wheaten Terriors to Doodles, to Boxers! I’ve also had the pleasure of having a Goldendoodle of my own as well! My sweet pup was in an accident and required lots of specific care such as wound care and medication administration for many months. I am a very patient and dedicated pet sitter and will treat your pet like my own. I’ll keep them safe, make sure they get the attention they need, and assure that you get the updates you crave while away from your bestie. I’m currently in grad school for Speech Language Pathology (classes are online until January 2027) and work per diem at the hospital. I have two shifts per week serving at a restaurant in Portland as well, they are typically 6-8 hour shifts so if booked for an overnight, there may be a day or two that I am away for that amount of time! Otherwise, my schedule is super flexible and perfect for that mid day potty and play break! Safety is first! You tell me how you like things to go in your home and what makes your pet the most comfortable and I’ll make sure it happens!
