About: I believe all dogs should be treated with the same compassion that humans are. When I first got my dog Sammie, he was poorly trained and dealing with stomach issues. But with a change of habit and diet he’s making progress every single day! I believe in walks that are slow with plenty of “sniff time” so they can experience the world around them. With Sammie, he goes on walks every 2-4 hours and each day gets some “explore time” where I go to a park, switch to my 30 foot long leash, and allow him to take in the world around him. Giving your dog a chance to let them lead for a change really has strengthened our bond! I can work with any dog, hyper, couch-potato or anywhere in-between! Not only will I provide the necessities such as frequent potty breaks, play time, and plenty of snuggles, but I will stimulate their minds with lick mats!

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life—growing up in a pet-loving home taught me how to care for animals with love and patience. I’ve also volunteered at the humane society, where I gained hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. Family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, and play with their pets while they are out of town or if they are behind on time. About: Growing up I’ve had pets ranging from dogs to reptiles. Spending time and taking care of them was never a job but a passion. From volunteering at animal shelters at a young age to pet sitting for friends and family, I continue to express my love and care for animals. I also have a 16 year old Portuguese Water Dog at home and she is my world! I currently work full time from 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri. Sitting for pets before and after my work hours on those days is no problem of mine if the owner is ok with them spending that period of time alone. That being said I am also able to spend nights at owners homes on said weekdays. I live in a private neighborhood with great dog walking roads and trails.
