Security Check: Ensuring doors, gates, or any other access points are properly secured before and after the visit. Communication: Keeping open lines of communication with pet owners, updating them on their pet's well-being, any concerns, or noteworthy behavior during visits. For dog walking: Exercise and Stimulation: Engaging in stimulating walks, adhering to specific routes, ensuring safety with leashes and harnesses. Observation: Paying attention to the dog's behavior, ensuring their safety around other animals or distractions during walks. Matthew C.
About: Hello! I’m Matt and I can’t wait to meet you and your lovable pets! I have loved dogs all my life, but never had one of my own. During the pandemic, my parents decided to get a dog, so I have regularly visited back home to help them out. I also have had family and friends that have entrusted me to watch over their pets, take them out for walks, and do drop ins. I currently have classes from 12-4 on Mondays - Thursdays, so I would be able to do drop ins and walks around those times. I am free anytime, Friday-Sunday. I do not currently take in dogs at my home and only doing drop ins and walks for the near future. But upon entering, I will respect your home, follow all safety/security measures if applicable, and leave your home exactly how I found it!
