“Keishla is great. My pup loves her and even with an injury, she gave Rocco lots of love and exercise. She was great about sending updates, pictures, and responding. She took great care of my home too.”

About: I have been dog sitting and taking care of pets since I was 15. I love being with dogs of all ages and breeds. I have a soft spot for anxious or nervous dogs as I also have a nervous dog at home myself! I will be sure to send you photos and updates every day about your pet and will treat them like they are my own pup. They will be well taken care of and receive lots of love when they are with me. New to Rover? Use my code for $20 off your first booking! https://www.rover.com/sit/natass69178 I am currently working full-time, but I am available to come by on my lunch break for a potty break or walk, and can come take care of your pet before 8am and after 5pm. If you prefer to keep your dog crated, I make sure they are not being destructive to your home while I am gone. I also make sure to give them plenty of mental stimulation, and I will clearly communicate all matters to you.

About: Hi! My name is Éowyn, and I'm a Psychology student at the University of California, Irvine. I'm dependable, patient, and absolutely love spending time with animals. If there's a dog or cat at a gathering, you'll probably find me spending time with them! I've been helping care for pets since I was four years old (I am now almost 20). Growing up, I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from Chihuahuas to Huskies and German Shepherds. I also have extensive experience caring for cats and have helped care for 12 cats throughout my lifetime. My pet care experience includes dog walking, feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, changing litter boxes, playtime, and making sure every animal receives the attention and affection they need. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each one special. As a Student Manager in the UC Irvine Anteater Band and an Undergraduate Intern with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, I've developed strong communication, organization, and responsibility skills. Pet owners can count on me to show up on time, follow instructions carefully, and provide dependable care for their pets. I'm an active person who enjoys walking, so whether your dog needs exercise, playtime, or simply companionship while you're away, I'd be happy to help! My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving you peace of mind. I'll keep you updated with photos and messages during every visit because I know how reassuring it is to know your pet is happy and well cared for. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I'm currently only working 16 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, 8am-12pm. Other than this time, I have plenty of time to take care of your furry baby! I'm also relatively free/open on Fridays and weekends. Whether it's morning walks, afternoon drop-in visits, evening playtime, or overnight house sitting, I'm committed to following your pet's routine as closely as possible. I also make it a priority to communicate promptly and keep you updated throughout each visit with photos and messages. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I understand that every pet has unique needs, so I always take the time to learn their routine, personality, dietary needs, and any special instructions before each visit. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed (unless instructed otherwise in a safe, enclosed area), stay aware of our surroundings, and prioritize their safety at all times. During drop-in visits and house sitting, I'll make sure your pets are fed, have fresh water, receive plenty of attention and exercise, and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. I also treat every client's home with the same care and respect I would my own. I'll keep your home clean and secure, lock doors and gates, and provide regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing your pet (and home!) is happy and well cared for. My goal is to build trust with both you and your pet by providing dependable, compassionate care every time.
“Carolyn is fantastic. Can't recommend her enough. One of our dogs was recovering from an injury requiring 3x day medication and wound cleaning during the 5 night house/dog sitting. His healing progressed well under Carolyn's care. Even our vet surgeon was impressed with how much his healing progressed at his check-up 3 days after my return. What a relief to be on a work trip and know my dogs were in such good hands. The daily texts and pictures were lovely. Carolyn even taught our small dog to be more confident going in/out of the dog door and stop slipping through the gate to bark at the back door!”
“I cannot say enough good things. Aichav is amazing. She took such great care of my dogs and house. They were looking for her this morning. Absolutely highly recommend and will be using her going forward”

“Ava stayed in our house to care for our elderly diabetic cat while my husband and I were out of town. She administered 2 injections and 2 pills per day, in addition to his regular care and feeding. She also played with him, brushed him, and gave us daily updates on how he was doing. It was wonderful to know our little guy was in good hands! We got home yesterday to a relaxed, well-cared for cat! I recommend Ava without hesitation, and I will definitely hire her again in the future when the need arises.”

“Niiyah was so fabulous! I loved all of the updates and photos, and I was completely at ease the entire time knowing my animals were in capable, caring hands. You can tell from the photos that our animals absolutely loved her. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trip!”

“Jenna is the best Rover sitter I've found! Sends regular updates, is super thoughtful and takes great care of my older pup. Trustworthy, reliable. Have used her before and will continue to book with her!”

“Jessie was great with my pup! He is over 6 years old and this was his first experience with an overnight pet sitter. Jessie was very communicative, sending pictures and updates throughout the stay, making me feel comfortable while I was away. She also followed his routine perfectly so he also felt very comfortable with her. Definitely hope to work with Jessie again!”

“Emily was great. She was very communicative of everything that was going on with Taji while I was away. She also kept the house in great shape. I highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a sitter.”
About: I've always cared and involved with myself with animals since I was young. I participated with SPCA to train sheltered dogs to become well behaved in their new homes. Moreover, friends and family have trusted and relied on me to take care of their pets due to my flexibility. My dad has two beautiful dogs, a German shepherd named Percy and a Jack Russel Terrier mix named Rocco, and I am always eager to spend time taking care of them whenever I visit. I'm currently working part time and on vacation for school so I have plenty of spare time.I would like to utilize by doing something I love! My job is only less than 5 minutes away from my home. In the case I have a pet at home, I can attend to them in a timely manner. I enjoy being productive and pleased to learn something new and meet furry friends. I live in a pet friendly apartment and have access to an open walking trail and dog park. I take daily walks and would love to have a companion! I am very detailed oriented and responsible therefore I will ensure your pet is taken care of with specific instructions or routine.
“Hannah did a wonderful job watching my pups for a weekend. I think they missed her when she left! She texted me pics and updates throughout the stay. I highly recommend her!”
“Dustin was very patient with my anxious dog (and very patient with his anxious mamma). Thank you for hanging in there with him, I appreciate it. Highly recommended!”

“I’ve used rover many times before, Maria not only left me reassured on our pet meet up before the booking but also during booking. She listened to all of my elder dogs needs, my baby is 14 years of age and leaving her for a week was definitely nerve wracking since here eyes are already grey. She would send me updates on my pets, my dog doesn’t get along with many people or pets but she allowed Maria to get near her and even napped together. She truly is Angel and HIGHLY recommend!”

“Janessa did a fantastic job watching my cat and house while I was away. She sent regular photos and updates, which gave me great peace of mind knowing everything was being well cared for. My cat was happy and relaxed when I returned, and the house was just as I left it. I would definitely hire Janessa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.”

“Dogs were happy, happy when we got home - not just the happy to see us, but happy because they were well taken care of. The house was in great shape. Emma sent daily updates on Kira & Sonny! Couldn't be happier with Emma's care of our pups!”

“Jill is awesome! She watched my very high energy 30 lb mixed dog. I could tell that she was comfortable handling any size dog with her interactions with my dog. She sent pictures and updates while I was gone. I will definitely be reaching out to request more support from her.”

“Erika was a wonderful pet sitter. She sent me lots of updates of my dog and she left my house in perfect condition. She followed all my instructions and took great care of my girl Lily.”

Jane was awesome again! I have 3 cats. One of them gets an inhaler 2x/day for asthma and has recently started a special diet that required us to transition to microchip feeders. Then there was a bit of a comedy of errors as a few unexpected things came up. Another one of my cats started urinating outside the litter box due to a household change a week before my trip. Jane was incredibly understanding about the litter box issues and flexible as I got more info and interventions from the vet leading up to my trip. Then 2 nights before I was set to leave, my whole trip was shifted back by one day due to a scheduling error by the friend I was visiting. Jane was accommodating and flexible again. I'm so grateful that despite all the last minute changes, Jane was still able to watch my cats so I could get away for a weekend! She sent me updates, photos, and videos while I was gone, and I came back to a tidy home.

Alice was wonderful. She kept us informed of how our pets were doing the whole time. She came by before we were leaving to make sure the pets were comfortable with her since it had been some time since we booked her and the time she was watching them. We highly recommend her.

Sabrina was amazing with our dog! We booked her for a weekend stay at our place. She came over and did a meet and greet and our dog, who is normally a little shy, warmed up to her immediately! She had great communication, sent photos, and left our house cleaner then she found it. When we did our meet and greet Sabrina was extremely thorough and asked great questions. Couldn’t recommend her enough and it’s nice to knowing your pet is in caring hands.

Jessie was great with my pup! He is over 6 years old and this was his first experience with an overnight pet sitter. Jessie was very communicative, sending pictures and updates throughout the stay, making me feel comfortable while I was away. She also followed his routine perfectly so he also felt very comfortable with her. Definitely hope to work with Jessie again!

Keishla was fantastic. She was great with my dog. I felt such a huge sense of relief knowing that she was there to watch her in our house. She updated me with pictures and texts over the weekend and I came home to a clean house. Couldn’t ask for a better house and dog sitter!!

Laura has been the most flexible, understanding, and easiest sitter - my boys love when she stops by. She texts and sends photos, which brings peace of mind at work. I haven’t found the right person to help ever since I moved back to Sacramento, so I’m lucky she and I connected. Trust me y’all, shes the one! Thank you Laura ✨
