His affection towards and knowledge about dogs is as clear as day. We felt extremely confident leaving Santino under his care. He communicated frequently with us while we were away and he kept us posted with photos and video updates. Overall, his service and care for our dog Santino was second to none, and Santino made sure we knew that. Santino just lit up like a Christmas tree when he saw Philip and that’s what sealed the deal for us. Spend some time meeting with Philip if you have dog care needs, you won’t regret it. Four stars all the way . Mel was so great ! We never used Rover before this time and I was a little worried. But meeting Mel and seeing how well she took care of our 11 year old Opie , I will only use Mel from here on out . Opie seems to really like her and she gave us updates the whole three days. Camilla watched my dog Patsy for a couple of nights while I was away for a wedding. I felt very comfortable leaving Patsy in her care and that’s not an easy thing to do as she is an old girl and reactive while on walks towards other dogs so leaving her always makes me nervous. Right away Camilla was very friendly and warm towards Patsy and I could tell Patsy liked her right away! Camilla sent me regular updates which I appreciated and helped me be able to relax while traveling. When I got home Patsy was clearly well cared for and my house was as clean as I left it. I will definitely be using Camilla again in the future and I’d recommend her to anyone who may need pet care in the future!
Abby is absolutely phenomenal! She is responsible and checks in whenever she has questions. We have had her housesit for our two dogs on several occasions and she is our go to sitter when needed. We appreciate her kindhearted, respectful and responsible care!
Sofia housesat our two dogs for 16 nights. We initially met her months prior and we kept in touch monthly. A couple days prior, she came over for an hour and we went through all the instructions. While we were away, she regularly updated us and ensured we got home without delay.
