Chynna was able to accommodate my pups last minute. Excellent communication and dogs were well cared for.

Chynna is a genuinely nice person, and we appreciated his flexible and accommodating nature. He was very kind, communicated well with us throughout the week, and was diligent about giving our kids their medication. However, we did encounter a few issues upon our return home that were concerning. We were very disappointed to find a strong urine smell upstairs and that the yard had not been cleaned of dog waste as we had requested. We also found the dogs' food and water bowls were not attended to upon our late-night arrival. A few of our other instructions, such as keeping the dogs downstairs ( treats must be given downstairs- not on our bed) with the gate, were also not followed until we brought them up mid-week. We were also not told that his wife would be staying with him, which was a surprise on our departure day. While we appreciate his kindness, we cannot ignore the disregard for these instructions and will be looking for another sitter in the future.
