About: First, I live in Craig, but willing to try to make pickups work in Steamboat, meeting halfway or we travel for the gym often, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss. We have a large yard that is great for active dogs. There is always an adult in the house to watch/care for your pup, my mother in law lives with us, Mark is home often and we have 2 kids, ages 10 and 12. I enjoy being around dogs, and feel comfortable dealing with some simple behavior issues. I am very specific with my dog and willing to be as specific with yours if needed. I am active and can give walks daily. Please don't hesitate to let me know if any special needs and I'll do my best to be accommodating. I am active lifestyle and so going on walks and waking up early are part of my normal process. I am willing to work with any situation as best I can. I maintain control of situations and always attentive to behaviors or signs of fear or aggression to make sure it is addressed before any issues arise. I used to train horses when I was younger so the patience and consistency is something I've grown up with towards animals.

About: I grew up on a ranch and have worked on a ranch as an adult. I have fostered several dogs while their parents sorted things out. Hank and I love meeting new furry friends! We have a very loving home. Hank still enjoys playing with other dogs, even if he can't for very long! Hank was very instrumental in training Little Willie, A very sweet Terrier that became family! I work from home and only leave the house for short periods of time (no more than two hours). Dogs have 24 hour access to the yard which is pretty Houdini-proof! Hank used to climb the chain link fence! We have a fenced yard, dog door and plenty of comfy spots to nap! Hank loves company and will be a good buddy to your dog!

About: I am an animal lover and will do anything in my power to ensure your furbaby is well-cared for and communication is clear and exceeds your expectations so you can ease your worries and take care of business or enjoy your vacation. I am available for drop in visits morning, throughout the day and at the end of the day. If your pet needs special attention let me know! If they are cat friendly they can stay at my place otherwise I can make arrangements to potentially stay at your place if your pet needs overnight care. My attention to detail and deep compassion will guide my care as I communicate with you to best understand needs, schedule and expectation of care. I love direct, clear communication that helps us make a plan and communicate any changes or challenges along the way.

“I can’t say enough about the wonderful care Rose provided for my cats while I was on a 10 day vacation! She arrived promptly for the twice a day visit I requested. She dispensed ear meds for one of my cats for an ear infection and took time to play with them and gave updates about how they were eating and interacting with her. I have one cat that is fearful of anyone new, and after a few days, she was comfortable with Rose and played with a wand toy with her!! That was a huge step for this kitty!! She gave me peace of mind during my time away which was invaluable! I don’t travel much but rest assured, if she’s still a pet carer and is available, I will want her to care for my 4 cats in heartbeat!”

About: I have always had family pets. Growing up we had an Australian Shepherd for 18 years so I know how to handle both young and old dogs. I currently have a mini Aussie, Olive, who is 4 so I am used to energy as well. We have also always had cats in my family and have recently welcomed a new kitten, Gnocchi. I have lovingly cared for my own pets and others including for families I previously nannied for. I hope I can be a good fit for you and your furry family! I currently work full-time Tuesday-Saturday. I can take walk breaks if needed during the day and can do mornings/evenings. On my days off I am available for all day care. I have a kitten and mini aussie who love their space but are willing to share it with the right friend. I prefer to come to you but can make an exception for the right fit after safe introductions. I'm easy going and understand the intricacies of each individual animal so am willing to make any accommodations you would like!

About: Hello! Right now I have plenty of time in my day to give love and attention to your dogs because of mud season and I’m funemployed right now! Right now I have no schedule so your pet can have any types of needs and I will be able to fulfill them with no problems! I am very mindful of how a dog or cat is going to react to the space that they are in and what might be come an obstacle to their safety.
