About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life and love them deeply. A tired dog is a happy dog is my moto for me I currently work full-time in Steamboat so I would be able to work in both towns Craig or Steamboat typically 7am to 3pm Wed to Sunday I would primarily walk in parks or on trails. About: I have always had family pets. Growing up we had an Australian Shepherd for 18 years so I know how to handle both young and old dogs. I currently have a mini Aussie, Olive, who is 5 so I am used to energy as well. We have also always had cats in my family and have recently welcomed a new kitten, Gnocchi. I have lovingly cared for my own pets and others including for families I previously nannied for. I hope I can be a good fit for you and your furry family! I currently work full-time Tuesday-Saturday. I can take walk breaks if needed during the day and can do mornings/evenings. On my days off I am available for all day care. About: First, I live in Craig, but willing to try to make pickups work in Steamboat, meeting halfway or we travel for the gym often, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss. We have a large yard that is great for active dogs. There is always an adult in the house to watch/care for your pup, my mother in law lives with us, Mark is home often and we have 2 kids, ages 10 and 12. I am active lifestyle and so going on walks and waking up early are part of my normal process. I am willing to work with any situation as best I can. I maintain control of situations and always attentive to behaviors or signs of fear or aggression to make sure it is addressed before any issues arise. I used to train horses when I was younger so the patience and consistency is something I've grown up with towards animals.
About: I love dogs and love to take care of them. Our dog is deaf so I certainly know how to give extra love and will surely give as much love to every dog and make sure they have fun and love their experience. I will always take great care of each individual dog, by giving them treats, letting them run around at the dog park, playing with their favorite toys, and taking them on walks around the neighborhood. My dog piggy loves to find a new best friend all the time and loves every dog he meets.
